Optimization routine with improved multilevel perception

The optimum selection of cutting conditions during machining importantly contributes to the increase in productivity and cost reduction. The paper proposes a neural network based approach to complex ...optimization of cutting parameters during machining. It describes the multi-objective technique of optimization of cutting conditions by means of neural networks, taking into consideration the technological, economic and organizational limitations. To reach higher precision of the predicted results, a neural optimization algorithm is developed and presented to ensure simple, faster and efficient optimization of all important milling parameters.
