This article presents some parts of the Public Finance Act which has an important role in defining the development of the management in the municipality. Particularities of the performing the tasks ...within the competence of the municipality, considering the legal clauses of budgetary planning and supervision on the one hand and realising the elected officials` programmes on the other hand are the factors which can be controlled with the successful "controlling". Deficiences in the information technology are momentarily the biggest restraints on its development in the municipalities.
