Interconnectivity between organizational and project readiness

Todays research in the field of contemporary organization development is very close to contemporary project management philosophy, and uses many findings in this area to solve macro organizational ...problems and to move forward. In this paper authors presented research conducted on 305 projects that connects organizational readiness as the quite not new phenomena with project readiness, or organizational readiness on the project level. Using cannonical correlation and multivariate data analysis autors showed how strong are connections between coresponding components of organizational and project readiness. They concluded that connections are much stronger on the operational level than on the strategic, corporate level which means that we are still on the operational solving problems level with project management philosophy and methodology.
