  • The impact of FUBP3 overexpression on osteocalcin expression

    Osteoporosis, a prevalent skeletal disorder characterized by reduced bone mineral density, poses a significant health challenges worldwide. This study aimed to explore the influence of FUBP3, a ... transcriptional regulatory protein, on osteocalcin expression. An integrated approach combining qPCR, alizarin red staining, immunofluorescence and transfection techniques was employed to investigate the intricate relationship between osteocalcin, osteoporosis and FUBP3. The results, considering the limited sample size, suggested down-regulation of osteocalcin expression along with reduced calcium deposition. This finding contribute to the knowledge of FUBP3-mediatged regulatory mechanisms and offer insights for future studies and therapeutic strategies targeting bone metabolism disorders.
