  • A new business model based on entrepreneurship and organizational learning
Kropivšek, Jože ; Oblak, Leon, 1966-
In recent years, business environment has undergone great changes (Daft, 2001,Rozman, 2000). Development of global business environment has been characterized by increasing individualization. It ... means that customers no longer wish standard products or services, but increasingly demand customized service. These trends force many organisations to deliberately incorporate concepts like authenticity, involvement and innovation into their strategy (Jansen / Steenbakkers / Jägers, 2007). They need a new business model, which will focus on strategy of organisation and structure its processes in a way that they become more efficient, more flexible and more responsive to customer demand. Organizations can ensure higher added value and faster adaptation to changes in business environment by creativity and new business models, and therefore are more able to compete. (Kropivšek / Rozman, 2007).
