Nasprotja in odločitve transplantacije v sodobnem svetu

Nowadays the progress in technology and knowledge about the human body is so rapid that a permanent actualisation of legal and ethic regulations is necessary. The commercialisation, the danger of ...manipulations and abuses threaten the donor and recipient in an organ transplantation. Questionable is also, if there should be allowed to realise everything what is possible in theory or in the lab. So we have to lean on the declarations of the World medical association, which try to regulate the activities of organ and tissue transplantation, cammercial dealing with organs for transplantation, transfusiology, in vitro fertilisation, embryo reduction and transplantation of foetal tissue, spare parenting,... Putting in practice all of the knowledgefrom the Human genome project also has to be strictly regulated. Cloning can be as preferable as destructive so it is considered as a delicate but important issue.
