Analiza na nekoi faktori na stres vo posebni uslovi na policiskata rabota

This paper presents the results of the preliminary study of the stress factor in special conditions of police working. The peculiarity of the working at theborder, with conflicts characteristic for ...this kind of situation and not only the heterogeneous structure of the people with whom the border police comes in touch.During this, the complexity of the work varies strongly. In theresearch we were interested which stress situations most often and most strongly burden the police and which strategies do they use while facing them.ln the research we involved 55 policeman and we applied two instruments (Folkman-Lazarus scale, way of facing and a Stress situations and burdening Questionarie). According to the results we described five groups of stress factors conected with the working conditions, with the interpersonal relations,with the relations with the customers; the stress during the refugeeprocedure due to the unknowing of the foreign languages and the possibility of moving to the south border (with Croatia). In the conclusion wehave suggested and described the possible directions of influence (interventions).
