    Competitiveness on the global market demands from the enterprises with characteristic of individual and small batch production to adopt in a way to satisfy customer needs. That means that the company ... should be capable to process order in with customer settled time. To become more flexible and agile a project oriented organizational structure is proposed here. In the model reorganization from classical hierarhical organizational structure to more flexible project oriented organizational structure is presented. With project oriented organization a management and control become more transparent. For introducing project management each phase of the projectis specified with IDEFO functional analysis. Responsibility charts for particular project tasks are developed to ensure correct performing of project cycle. Reference model describes all details of organizational structure and lines of authority in Litostroj Turbine factory. responsibility charts are defined according to functional analysis and Experiences and know-how in the reorganisation of an enterprise by use of up-to-date methodology and tools are gained during this part project. By simultaneous introducing a modern solution of information technology as discussed in Ref. Model 1.2(Improvement of modern solution of information system) a significant improvement in terms of time, cost and flexibility can be obtained.
