ǂThe ǂobjective of this reference model was to develop a set of comprehensive educational workshops dedicated to engineers, technicians, operators and otherprofessionals, as well as managers in the ...field of computer integrated manufacturing. Engineers and other professionals occupied with their daily work are not able to follow all the progress in the field not even to be well informed about thestate-of-the-art. The aim of the workshops is not only to give an overview but to enable the participants to gain practical experiences by training on up-to-date technologies and by solving their own professional problems.
