Technical aspects of the use of waste materials in mining

With the introduction of the rule that all those who produce waste provide forits environmentally-friendly removal and deposition, the mining profession has been forced to find new technologies for ...the excavation and processing of ores. Due to the increased extent of excavation and processing, these technologies will have to enable us to produce less waste and reduce the impact of mining on the environment. Takong into account the legislation in force and the current level of technology, this will be possible only by implementing a closed environmental-technological cycle of ore excavation and processing, which is presented in the paper.
