    This paper treats, after a short general introduction to the topic and the underlying conflicting interests, two aspects of the posting of workers: First, the notion of pay that is to be guaranteed ... by the host states to workers posted to its territory. Second, the relevance of time for the posting of workers as in the draft directive the inclusion of a time limit of 24 months for the application of the labour laws of the home Member State is proposed.
