Filling phase simulation for thermoplastics inner housing for gas counter

Measuring equipment belongs to the sole peak of high tech products. Development of the new gas counter hides a lot of details, which are to be taken into the account, so that the product will ...function in the desired and prescribed way. In the paper, part and mould design for the gas counter will be presented, which is only a small part of the development chain for such products. In the first part an analysis of the results achieved with the testing mould made of aluminium is presented, as well as the simulation results which were attained in the process simulation. The comparison of simulation results and the measured one, is presented at the end of the paper.
