    The author deals with some burning questions in the field of juristic persons'liability for criminal offences connected with the conception of juristic persons and its managing and supervisory ... bodies. The stress is laid on possible problems withing the liability of foreign juristic persons according to the Slovenian Criminal Liability of Legal Entities Act, and also on the correct understanding of the relation between the managing or supervisory body and the memeber(2) fo this body. The author also presents thequestions that have to be carefully estimated in each concrete case when establishing separate juristic persons' liability base.
