Zmanjšanje hrupa kondenzacijskih sušilnih strojev

Since one of the most important quality and functionality parameters of clothes dryers is their sound power level, the numerous researches are oriented towards its reduction at simultaneous reduction ...of operating cycles and energy consumption. However, the above mentioned goals are somehow contradictory. The machine drying intensity is, besides introduced heat, proportional to the intensity of transport flows, i.e. to the airflow velocity in flow tracts. The increased aerodynamic power is correlated with the sound power level that dryer anisotropically emits to the surroundings. In the paper the iterative optimization procedure of primary and secondary circulation flow aerodynamic properties, in the opened condensation system is presented. After performing the iterative geometry modification procedures of critical elements, the sound power level was reduced from 75 to 68 dB(A).
