Modelling of a subject's competence

The paper presents the development of a subject model in the context of making decision in the work system for developing, designing, operating and controlling a high-tech product. The contribution ...is dealing with the problem of the relation between human factors and competence and their influence on the requirement capture stage (RCS) of a project with the purpose of diagnosing the subject's availability (the influence of his/hers human factors on his/hers competence) through a project development. According to the results different factors effect the subject's competence through the project stages and it is estimated how much do they influence.
