Tourism offer in the Kamnik commune : the National Costume Festival : diplomska naloga

The topic of my graduation thesis is the tourism offer in the Kamnik commune, which is rich with natural and cultural sights. Such a big area is almost impossible to be described in detail, therefore ...only the most known and interesting items of national and cultural heritage are chosen: the town of Kamnik with its castles, the old town centre. the main square, and the Franciscan Monastery; the neighbouring villages Nevlje, Stranje, Mekinje, Tunjice; the Natural Healing Resort, the valley of the river Kamniška Bistrica, the Kamnik Alps, the Tuhinj Valley, Volčji Potok Arboretum, and some others. A special attention is paid on organizing the National Costume Festival as a unique feature of the tourism offer with the view of enriching this event and promoting it around Slovenia and abroad. Therefore a lot of suggestions are added to the factual description of the presentation of Kamnikon the tourist market.
