  • Bled tourist offer reflected in guests' feeling : diplomska naloga

    The topic of my graduation thesis is Bled as a tourist resort. From the history of Bled and the development of its tourism I pass on the presentation of the actual tourist offer. To find out how the ... guests really feel in Bled, I give the analysis of the feedback information I have obtained by the help of the questionnaire given to the guests in three foreign languages. I also add some of my own ideas about what could be done for a better tourist offer which would result in guest's satisfaction.
