Analiza organiziranosti dela v domu starejših občanov z uporabo sistema E-Qalin : magistrsko deloBožič, ŽanV magistrskem delu je predstavljena organiziranost dela v povezavi s standardom kakovosti E-Qalin. Model E-Qalin je standard kakovosti v domovih za starejše. Prilagodljivost in pripravljenost na ... spremembe sta ključna dejavnika za kakovost ustanove. Model E-Qalin poleg tega, da zaposlenim omogoča predlaganje, soodločanje in vključenost v spremembe, meri tudi njihovo zadovoljstvo. Ta model uporablja vrsta domov za starejše v Evropi in hkrati omogoča primerljivost med njimi. V magistrski nalogi sem predstavil Dom upokojencev Šmarje pri Jelšah, ki ima pridobljena že dva certifikata kakovosti E-Qalin, ter tam opravil raziskavo o organiziranosti dela in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih s pomočjo modela E-Qalin. Uporabil sem kvantitativno metodo, pri kateri sem za raziskovalno orodje uporabil anketni vprašalnik in kvalitativno metodo, kjer sem za raziskovalno orodje uporabil študijo primera. Analiza pridobljenih podatkov je pokazala, da standard kakovosti E-Qalin vpliva na organiziranost dela pri izvajanju storitev v Domu upokojencev Šmarje pri Jelšah, da je soodločanje zaposlenih o spremembah konceptov dela odvisno od vključenosti v model E-Qalin, da spremembe procesov dela povečujejo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih tako v Domu upokojencev Šmarje pri Jelšah kot v avstrijskem domu Sene Cura Sozialzentrum Bad St. Leonhard in da zaposleni prepoznajo pozitivne učinke v spremembah organizacije dela, ki so posledica izvajanja modela E-Qalin. Posamezni potencialni zavod, ki bo izbral E-Qalin za svoj standard kakovosti, iz te raziskave prepozna pozitivne učinke, ki jih premore E-Qalin. Raziskava v tej magistrski nalogi daje prispevek k nadaljnjemu razvoju socialnovarstvenih storitev za uporabnike in potrjuje primeren učinek sprememb procesov dela z večanjem zadovoljstva zaposlenih.Type of material - master's thesis ; adult, seriousPublication and manufacture - Ljubljana : [Ž.
