Lipase-catalyzed hydrolysis of sunflower oil in high-pressure batch stirred tank and continuous flat-shape membrane reactor [Elektronski vir]

Hydrolysis of sunflower oil in the presence of lipase preparation Lipolase 100T was performed in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC CO2). In a high-pressure batch stirred tank reactor the effects of ...various process parameters (temperature, pressure, enzymežsubstrate ratio, pH and oilžbuffer ratio) have been investigated to determine optimal conditions for the hydrolysis process. Some thermodynamic properties of lipase preparation Lipolase 100T and kinetic studies of reaction were also established. Because of a tendency toward continuous applications of enzyme-catalyzed reactions, the high-pressure continuous flat-shape membrane reactor (HP CFSMR) was designed. Hydrolysis of sunflower oil in this reactor was performed. Maximum conversion in the HP CFSMR was achieved already after 1 hour.
