Učenje in informiranje bolnikov s kronično ledvično boleznijo s smernicami dietnega prehranjevanja = Educating and informing patients with chronic kidney disease about the guidelines for dietary nutritionJuhart, Nataša, 1975- ; Leskovšek, Nataša, 1979- ; Kaučič, Boris MihaPrehrana pri kronični ledvični bolezni je sestavni del terapije, zato sta kontinuirano učenje in informiranje bolnikov ter svojcev izjemnega pomena. Z upoštevanjem prehranskih priporočil se lahko pri ... mnogih odloži nadomestno zdravljenje. Pri tistih, ki so že na nadomestnem zdravljenju, pa se kakovost življenja izboljša. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri bolniki s kronično ledvično boleznijo upoštevajo smernice dietnega prehranjevanja. Raziskava temelji na kvalitativni metodi raziskovanja, metodi utemeljene teorije. Instrument raziskave je bil polstrukturiran intervju s 14 vprašanji. Vprašanja za intervju smo oblikovali na osnovi pregleda literature. Uporabljen je bil neslučajnostni namenski vzorec. V intervjuju je sodelovalo šest bolnikov s kroničnim ledvičnim obolenjem, ki se zdravijo s hemodializo in izpolnjujejo vnaprej postavljene kriterije, da so bili starejši od 30 let, niso stanovali v domu starejših občanov in niso bolehali za sladkorno boleznijo. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da je učenje in informiranje ter sledenje smernicam dietnega prehranjevanja za bolnike, ki se zdravijo s hemodializo, izrednega pomena. Prav tako je ključnega pomena delo diplomirane medicinske sestre - edukatorke z bolniki in njihovimi svojci, kar posledično vpliva na boljšo kakovost življenja bolnikov s kronično ledvično boleznijo. Učenje in informiranje bolnikov s kronično ledvično boleznijo pomembno vpliva na odlog zdravljenja s hemodializo. Medicinska sestra z zdravstveno-vzgojnim delom pomembno prispeva k informiranosti in motiviranosti bolnikov, zaradi česar imajo bolniki tudi manj zdravstvenih težav in zapletov med zdravljenjem, izboljša se tudi zdravstvena pismenost bolnikov.Type of material - conference contributionPublish date - 2019Language - slovenianCOBISS.SI-ID - 866723
