    Drinking water is the most important foodstuff which can not be substituted. There is no chemical pure water in the nature. Nowadays the quality of usual drinking water is menaced in many places and ... inconvenient for consumption. Therefore the sense of bottled water is increasing and the natural mineral waters are on the top of this appearance. They have favourable physiological effects and some of them medical ones. The article deals with formation, delimitation, definition, evaluation and regulation of natural mineral waters.
