Mice Ltd is specialized in management of business events, especiallzy incentives. The results of the research carried out among 100 Slovenian companies which regularly organize events show new trends ...in the field of event management. The most evident changes are shortened events with which organizations want to reach an end in a more effective way for less money. It is very probable that this is a consequence of recent global economic changes.Mice Ltd has effectively adapted to those changes with shortened programs that connect attendees on local natural and cultural heritage basis. At the same time these programs help promoting tourism and sustainable development in the less "explored" regions where they are performed and which gives them added value. In the article we will present results of the research and some of the most successful products in the MICE Ltd offer as an answer to changed needs on the market - Vipava's adventure, Spy Games in The Park of Military History, Regional dinners etc.
