The qualitative research approach was selected in order to get aninsight into the factors within the realm of work-related stress by studyingsubjective experiences of the participants. Different pathologies of patients appear to be among the most significant work-related stress risk factor, along with the working conditions and interpersonal relationships among employees. A home environmentcan also be stressful. Unresolved stress will almost always eventually lead to a burnout syndrome reflected in various health conditions. Work-related stress can be reduced by taking appropriate measures.
