    Increasing health needs, health care needs, numerous increasing demands of contemporary human being for the service quality and limited public financial resources are only some of the resons for an ... urgent introduction of organizational changes in health care systems on all the levels of helalth care. The contribution describes a register model as a research tool for the evaluation of the present state of health care system organization according to working areas and processes considering several viewpoints and an integral view. Analysis results of the health care state in three hospitals and priority tasks for the planning of developmental changes in the organization and its sphere are presented.
