Kompleksne pogodbe gospodarskega prava kot izziv pravnega redaGrilc, PeterAvtor obravnava tri vidike kompleksnih novodobnih pogodb gospodarskega avtonomnega prava. Te so njihove skupne značilnosti, problemi, ki izhajajo iz njih, in možnosti za njihovo kodifikacijo. Glavna ... značilnost je njihova funkcionalna heterogenost, značilnosti pa se rišejo tudi v njihovi masovnosti, sklepanju s strani pogodbenikov vseh velikosti, pretežna večstranskost razmerij, to da jih označimo kot pogodbe postindustrijske družbein njihova empirična realnost ter pomankanje normativne idealnosti. Glavna problema obravnavanih pogodb, ki jih je mogoče obravnavati kot pravno sredstvo in kot pravni vir, sta njihova interpretacija in zapolnjevanje pogodbenih praznin. Za obravnavo pred tribunalom je zanimiva in koristna teorija iudex in modo legislatoris, ki je v razpravi povezana tudi z obravnavo splošnih pogojev poslovanja. Obdelane so njene šibkosti in prednosti. Teorija predvsem približuje način obravnavanja pogodb, ki so anglosaksonskega izvora, občemu pravu. Pred uzakonitev obravnavanih pogodb se postavlja nekaj ovir, predvsem njihova neizdelanost, dejstvo, da niso prešle kulminacijske točke v razvoju, da dogmatično niso popolnoma izčiščene in da ni na voljo dovolj velikega števila reprezentativnih sodnih odločb.
