目的水稻产量由单位面积有效穗数、每穗粒数和粒重3个因素构成,其中,粒重主要由水稻的籽粒形态决定.筛选和鉴定新的粒型突变材料和基因,可为产量性状的分子设计育种奠定基础.方法在籼稻保持系西大1B(XD1B)的甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)诱变群体中鉴定到一个短宽粒突变体short and widen grain ...1(swg1);分析籽粒形态和其他农艺性状,并对颖壳进行组织细胞学观察分析;运用BSA法进行基因定位;通过遗传互补试验确定候选基因;采用qRT-PCR分析该基因的表达模式及其他粒型相关基因和细胞发育基因的表达水平.结果农艺性状分析发现,与野生型相比,swg1突变体粒长显著降低,粒宽显著增加,表现出短宽粒的表型;进一步组织和细胞学分析,发现突变体颖壳纵向细胞变短是粒长变短的主要原因,而粒宽增加是由于颖壳横向细胞数目和细胞大小同时增加.遗传分析结果表明,该突变性状受隐性单基因控制,通过图位克隆与遗传互补验证,确定候选基因为LOC-Os07g42410,编码一个植物特异转录因子.qRT-PCR分析发现该基因表达无明显的组织特异性,在茎、叶、幼穗中表达强烈.通过对已知粒型相关基因、细胞周期和细胞扩展相关基因进行分析,发现通过正向调控颖壳横向细胞数目和(或)细胞大小决定粒宽的GS5和GW8在突变体中上调明显,而正向调控纵向细胞数目和大小并负向调控横向细胞数目和大小的GW7/GL7在突变体明显下调;另外,部分与细胞周期和细胞扩展相关的基因也在突变体和野生型之间的表达也呈现显著差异.结论SWG1编码一个植物特异的转录因子,通过调控粒型基因(GS5、GW8和GW7/GL7等)影响颖壳的细胞增殖和细胞扩展,从而决定水稻籽粒长度和宽度.

Tomato is one of the most important vegetable crops in the world. However, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, the causal agent of Fusarium wilt, causes severe economic ...losses in commercial tomato production. When tomato plants show typical symptoms of Fusarium wilt, it is difficult to control the disease. This study aimed to evaluate the possibility of using Trichoderma sp. as a biocontrol agent to control Fusarium wilt and to determine the effect of tomato seedlings inoculated with the biocontrol agent on nutrient uptake. Trichoderma species were isolated from field soils and commercial composts and identified using morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analyses. Among the 56 Trichoderma isolates collected, isolate CHF 78 showed a considerably antagonistic activity against F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici. The electric conductances of dilute solutions of alkali chlorides (LiCi, NaCl, KCl, RbCl, CsCl) in a series of acetone-water and formic acid-water mixtures were determined respectively at ...$^30{\circ}C$. The results of the conductances of alkali chlorides in acetone-water mixtures were analysed by the Debye-Huckel-Onsager equation and the variations of limiting equivalent conductances with the compositions of acetone-water mixtures were explained in terms of selective solvation of electrolytes. The conductances of dilute solutions of alkali chlorides in formic acid-water could not be analysed because of the strong ionic atmosphere of solvent itself. 여러組成의 아세톤-물 및 포름酸-물 중에서 각각 알칼리鹽化物(LiCl, NaCl, KCl, RbCl, CsCl)의 稀薄溶液의 電導度를 $^30{\circ}C$˚에서 측정하였다. 아세톤-물 混合溶媒中에서의 알칼리鹽化物의 電導度의 結果를 Debye-Huckel-Onsager式으로 解析하였고, 溶媒組成에 따르는 極限當量電導度의 변화를 電解質의 選擇的 溶媒化現象으로 설명하였다. 포름酸-물 中에서의 알칼리鹽化物의 稀薄溶液의 電導度는 溶媒自體의 强한 이온雰圍氣때문에 그 변화를 比較解析할 수가 없었다.
The conductances of dilute solutions of LiCl, NaCl and KCl in a series of isopropanol-water mixtures were determined at $30^{\circ}C$. The values of equivalent conductance agreed well with ...Debye-Huckel-Onsager equation and the limiting equivalent conductance was greatly reduced as the isopropanol content of the solvent was increased in accord with predictions based on solvent viscosity and dielectric properties. Also, the limiting equivalent conductance increased in sequence ${\Lambda}_{0,LiCl} < {\Lambda}_{0,NaCl} < {\Lambda}_{0,KCl} in 0.0, 0.1 and 0.2 mole fraction isopropanol, but {\Lambda}_{0,LiCl} < {\Lambda}_{0,KCl} < {\Lambda}_{0,NaCl} in 0.3 mole fraction ispropanol. The maximum Walden product, {\Lambda}_{0{\eta}0}$ was found in 0.1 mole fraction isopropanol for all electrolytes. 여러 組成의 isopropanol-물 混合溶媒中에서 LiCl, NaCl 및 KCl의 稀薄溶液의 電導導를 測定하였다. 그結果, 濃度에 따르는 當量電鍍度의 변화가 Debye-Huckel-Onsager 식에 대해서 좋은 一致를 보였다. 또한 溶媒中의 isopropanol 組成이 증가함에 따라 極限當量電導度${\Lambda}_0의 값이 급격히 減少하며 이것은 溶媒의 粘度增加 및 誘導常數의 감소로부터 예측되는 바와 같다. 그리고 isopropanol의 몰分率이 0.0, 0.1 및 0.2인 溶媒中에서는 {\Lambda}_0가 {\Lambda}_{0,LiCl} < {\Lambda}_{0,NaCl} < {\Lambda}_{0,KCl}의 順으로 증가하고 있으나, 0.3 몰分率 isopropanol-물中에서는 {\Lambda}_{0,LiCl} < {\Lambda}_{0,KCl} < {\Lambda}_{0,NaCl}의 順으로 바뀌고 있다. 또한 Walden product {\Lambda}_{0{\eta}0}$는 0.1몰分率 isopropanol-물中에서 最大値를 보여 주었다.
The partial molal volumes and relative viscosities of tetraethylammonium chloride in a series of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)-water mixtures were measured at $30^{\circ}C$. A maximum structuredness of ...solvent, that leads to a minimum viscosity A-coefficient and a maximum viscosity B-coefficient of the Jones-Dole equation(${\eta}_r=1+AC^{1/2}$ + BC), was found at 0.2${\sim}$0.3 mole fraction of DMSO. The solvent structure, that leads to a minimum partial molal volume due to the maximum electrostrictive effect of chloride ion and to a minimum viscosity B-coefficient, was found at 0.4${\sim}$0.5 mole fraction of DMSO. An approximate relationship between the limiting effective flowing volume, $V_e^{\circ}$, and the B-coefficient was found to be B = 2.5 $V_e^{\circ}$ in the Einstein equation. 여러 組成의 dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)-물 混合溶媒中에 tetraethylammonium chloride$((C_2H_5)_4NCl)$의 分몰容積 및 相對粘度를 $30^{\circ}C$에서 測定하였다. 그 結果로 부터 DMSO의 몰分率이 0.2${\sim}$0.3인 組成에서 溶媒構造가 가장 强化된 상태임을 알았으며 이것은 粘度에 關한 Jones-ole式(${\eta}_r=1+AC^{1/2}$+BC)의 A-係數의 最小値 및 B-係數의 最大値의 現象을 나타낸다. 또한 DMSO의 몰分率 이 0.4${\sim}$0.5인 組成에서는 溶媒構造가 가장 파괴된 상태로서 $Cl^-$의 强한 electrostriction 效果로 因한 收縮으로 分몰容積이 最小値이며, 粘度 B-係數가 最小로 나타남을 알았다. 그리고 limiting effective flowing volume $V_e^{\circ}$와 粘度 B-係數와의 사이에 B=2.5$V_e^{\circ}$의 관分率계가 近似的으로 成立함을 確認하였다.
The relative viscosities ηr of anilinium chloride solutions in a series of isopropanol-water mixtures have been determined at $20^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$and $40^{\circ}$, using Ubbelohde-type ...viscometers. The viscosity data have been interpreted in terms of viscosity A-and B-coefficients calculated from the Jones-Dole equation,${\eta}{\tau}=1+AC^{1/2}+BC$. The energy of activation for viscous flow have also been calculated according to the concept of rate processes. The results indicate that at $0.10{\sim}0.15$ mole fraction isopropanol the maximum structuredness of water gives a minimum values of viscosity A-and B-coefficients, and that anilinium chloride belongs to the borderline case in respect of the structure-making or structure-breaking effects on water. 여러 조성의 2-프로판올-물 혼합용액중의 anilinium chloride 용액의 상대점도를 $20^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$ 및 $40^{\circ}$에서 각각 측정하고, Jones-Dole식, ${\eta}{\tau}=1+AC^{1/2}+BC$에서 결정되는 점도 A- 및 B- 계수와, 절대반응속도 이론으로 구해지는 점성흐름의 활성화 에너지로 부터, 용매구조에 미치는 용질의 효과를 논의하였다. 2-프로판올의 몰분율이 $0.10{\sim}0.15$인 조성에서 점도 A- 및 B- 계수가 최소인 현상은 이 조성에서 물의 구조가 가장 강화되기 때문인 것으로 해석하였다. 또 anilinium chloride는 물에 대한 structure-maker 또는 structure-breaker의 입장에서 borderline case에 속한다고 결론지을 수 있었다.
오늘날 우리는 물질적으로는 풍요로운 삶을 영위하면서도 오히려 정신적으로는 피폐해진 이른바 물질만능시대에 살고 있다. 이는 개인 마음속에 들어 있는 마음의 평화를 찾지 못한 데에 기인하는 것이고, 더 나아가서는 이를 사회와 국가에 원용하지 못했기 때문일 것이다. 진정한 의미의 평화는 인간 본위의 인간관에 정초하여 타인의 인격을 존중하며, 서로 대등한 ...신뢰관계가 구축될 때 비로소 정착된다고 하겠다.
본고에서는 퇴계철학의 평화 정신에 기반을 두고, 내적 수양을 통한 개인의 평화와 사회적 조화 및 인간과 자연의 평화 공존, 그리고 국가 간의 평화에 관한 주제 등을 중심내용으로 하여 다음과 같이 세 가지로 설명하였다.
첫째, 퇴계는 마음의 평정심을 유지하기 위한 노력을 통해서 인간 내면의 순수의식을 체험하고, 삶에 대한 도리를 올바르게 성찰하여 실천해나갈 때, 개인의 평화를 이루게 된다고 보았다.
둘째, 퇴계는 사회적 평화와 자연 공존 사상은 하늘로부터 받은 본성인 理, 즉 太極이 근본이 된다고 보았다. 하늘로부터 받은 本性을 유지하면 공동체의 행복과 건전한 사회관계망이 형성되게 되고, 하늘과 인간 사이가 서로 분리되는 것이 아니라 合一되게 된다. 여기서 天人이 合一된다는 것은 본성에 맞는 삶을 통해 자연과 함께 공존하는 삶이라고 퇴계는 보았다.
셋째, 퇴계는 국가 간에는 신의信보다 중한 것이 없다고 하였다. 信은 誠과 통하는 의미로 헛된 말을 하지 않는 것이다. 즉, 信이란, 말은 행동을 돌아보고 행동은 말을 돌아보아야 한다는 뜻으로 서로 간에 신의를 지킨다는 것을 의미한다.
본고는 퇴계의 평화 정신을 통하여, 오늘날 우리의 개인의 수양과 이웃들과의 신뢰성 구축의 중요성을 강조하고, 아울러 자연과의 공존에 중요한 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 그리고, 나아가 남북 관계뿐만 아니라 한반도를 둘러싼 열강들과의 관계적 해법까지도 찾을 수 있을 것이라고 본다. Today we live in a so-called materialistic age, where we lead a life of material affluence but are mentally impoverished. Probably we failed to find the inner peace in an individual's mind. Furthermore, maybe we could not apply to societies and the states. It is said that real peace is settled only when the human nature of people is settled, respecting other people's character on the basis of human nature, and equal trust is established.
This paper, based on the spirit of peace in the Toegye thoughts, suggests three main themes of individual peace and social harmony through internal discipline, peaceful coexistence between human and natural, and peace between nations as followings.
First, Toegye said that through efforts to maintain inner serenity, one can reach individual peace when experiencing the purity of the heart and properly reviewing and practicing the principles of life.
Second, Toegye thought the idea of social peace and natural coexistence is based on Principle(理) or the Great Extreme 太極 tàijí, the nature received from heaven. If the nature received from heaven keeps Goodness, the happiness of the community and sound social networks are formed, and the relationship between heaven and man is not separated from each other, but becomes one. The Toegye saw that being lived together with nature as a life suitable for human nature.
Third, Toegye said that there is nothing more important between nations than Sincerity. Sincerity is the language of truth, in which words are not used in vain. In other words, Sincerity means that Words should look back on the action and the action should look back on the words, which means that they are faithful to each other.
This paper suggests, through the spirit of peace in the Toegye, the importance of personal training and trust in our neighbors and also presents the coexistence of nature as important implications. Furthermore, we will be able to find not only inter-Korean relations but also ways to resolve relations with the powers surrounding the Korean Peninsula based on it. KCI Citation Count: 0
