Attribute-based signature is a versatile class of digital signatures. In attribute-based signature, a signer obtains his private key corresponding to the set of his attributes from a trusted ...authority, and then he can sign a message with any predicate that is satisfied by his attributes set. Unfortunately, there does not exist an attribute- based signature which is resistance to the quantum attacks. This means we do not have secure attribute-based signature schemes in a post-quantum world. Based on this consideration, an attribute-based signature on lattices, which could resist quantum attacks, is proposed. This scheme employs "bonsai tree" techniques, and could be proved secure under the hardness assumption of small integer solution problem.

By using membrane dispersion micro-extractor, Ce(IIl) solvent extraction experiments were conducted. Cerium chloride solution with certain acidity was used as aqueous phase and 2-ethylhexyl ...phosphoric acid-2-ethylhexyl ester (EHEHPA) kerosene solution as organic phase. The effects of system physicochemical properties and operational conditions, such as initial EHEHPA concentration, initial aqueous acidity, total flow rate and continuous phase flow rate, etc., on the extraction efficiency and the overall volume mass transfer coefficient were evaluated. As the total flow rate increased fi'om 20 to 160 mL/min, the overall volume mass transfer coefficient was enhanced from 0.1 to 0.54 S1. Under the optimal conditions, the Ce(III) extraction efficiency could reach 99.92% in 2.98 s. A mathematical model was set up to predict the overall volume mass transfer coefficient, and the calculation results agreed well with the experimental results, most relative error was within +10%.

Based on the filtered Navier-Stokes equations and Smagorinsky turbulence model, a numerical wave flume is developed to investigate the overtopping process of irregular waves over smooth sea dikes. ...Simulations of fully nonlinear standing wave and regular wave's run-up on a sea dike are carried out to validate the implementation of the numerical wave flume with wave generation and absorbing modules. To model stationary ergodic stochastic processes, several cases with different random seeds are computed for each specified irregular wave spectrum. It turns out that the statistical mean overtopping discharge shows good agreement with empirical formulas, other numerical results and experimental data.

Attenuations of solitary wave over a patch of submerged canopy are experimentally investigated. The submerged canopy is modeled by a group of circular cylinder array. The decay coefficients of ...different wave heights in two water depths along the wave flume are measured for six canopy models, including two canopy heights and three styles of arrangements. The relationships among the decay coefficient, and the dimensionless wave height, submergence ratio, relative height and arrangement of the canopy are experimentally studied. 2D PIV technique is employed to measure the representative flow field inside the canopy. A four-deck flow structure is proposed for wave flow field over shallow submerged canopy. The characteristics of shear flow inside the aligned canopy region are discussed.

Electrical steel sheets with 6.5% (mas fraction) Si with good shapes and superior magnetic inductions were successfully produced by a specially designed processing route including ingot casting, hot ...rolling and warm rolling both with interpass thermal treatment, and final annealing. The sheets were of 0.2 mm and 0.3 mm thick over 140 mm width. A detailed study of the microstructural and textural evolutions from the hot rolling to annealing was carried out by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and electron backscattered diffraction. The hot rolled sheet characterized by near-equiaxed grains was dominated by the mixture of //ND fiber (
λ
-fiber), //RD fiber (
α
-fiber) and //ND fiber (
γ
-fiber) textures owing to the partial recrystallization and strain induced boundary migration (SIBM) during the hot rolling interpass thermal treatment. The static recovery and SIBM during the warm rolling interpass thermal treatment result in large and elongated warm rolling grains. The warm rolling texture is dominated by obvious
λ
, Goss and strong
γ
-fiber textures. The application of the interpass thermal treatment during hot and warm rolling significantly enhances the impact of SIBM during annealing, which is responsible for the formation of the moderate
λ
-fiber, some near-
λ
fiber texture components and the obviously weakened
γ
-fiber texture in the annealed sheet, leading to a higher magnetic induction compared to the commercially produced 6.5% Si steel by chemical vapor deposition (CVD).

A resonant cavity-enhanced (RCE) quantum dot (QD) field-effect transistor (RCEQDFET) is designed for single- photon detection in this paper. Adding distributed Bragg reflection (DBR) mirrors to the ...single-photon detector (SPD), we improve the light absorption efficiency of the SPD. The effects of the reflectivity of the mirrors, the thickness and light absorption coefficient of the absorbing layer on the detector's light absorption efficiency are investigated, and the resonant cavity is determined by using the air/semiconductor interface as the mirror on the top. Through analyzing the relationship between the refractive index of AlxGal_xAs and A1 component, we choose A1As/Alo.15Gao.85As as the material of the mirror on the bottom. The pairs of A1As/Alo.15Gao.85As film are further determined to be 21 by calculating the reflectivity of the mirror. The detector is fabricated from semiconductor heterostructures grown by molecular beam epitaxy. The reflection spectrum, photoluminescence (PL) spectrum, photocurrent response, and channel current of the detector are tested and the results show that the RCEQDFET-SPD designed in this paper has better performances in photonic response and wavelength selection.
The carbon nanotube (CNT)-based materials can be used as vacuum device cathodes. Owing to the excellent field emission properties of CNT, it has great potentials in the applications of an explosive ...field emission cathode. The falling off of CNT from the substrate, which frequently appears in experiments, restricts its application. In addition, the onset time of vacuum breakdown limits the performance of the high-power explosive-emission-cathode-based diode. In this paper, the characteristics of the CNT, electric field strength, contact resistance and the kind of substrate material are varied to study the parameter effects on the onset time of vacuum breakdown and failure mechanism of the CNT by using the finite element method.
