In this study, the calculation and design of backpacks with changes in length variations, variations in spring constants, and optimization of generators to produce electrical energy are better. This research began by designing a backpack that generates electricity by utilizing the power of human walking. Then the determination of product requirements is related to gathering information and products to be designed. Information obtained from previous research journals. Next, a study was carried out on the design of a backpack related to the calculation of the frequency of human gait needed to move a backpack and the calculation of springs. In this study, the results obtained are the voltage generated when the human condition goes by 3.863 watts, and when the human condition goes upstairs by 4.56 watts, while the running condition is 5.39 watts. So that the more movements humans make, the higher the voltage generated. And the resulting spring constant value is Ktotal = 22,612 N / m, and for the unit spring constant is 11,306 N / m. While the magnitude of the force produced by the load is 17.48 N.

The research aims to determine the quality level of the original and imitation front axle, both from the hardness, and the chemical composition of the material, and to compare the prices given with quality. This research was conducted by testing the chemical composition using a spectrometer and brinell hardness testing carried out in the STTQ Bungah Gresik mechanical engineering laboratory. In addition, the research uses materials with two front wheel shafts for testing chemical composition with six wheel shaft specimens both original and imitation. Research with spectrometer testing showed that the shaft is included in the low carbon steel group with an original carbon content of 0.192% and an imitation shaft of 0.155%, also included in the low alloy steel group because the number of alloys is less than 2.5%, while in hardness testing brinell found the original shaft harder than the imitation shaft, either on the surface or inside with a percentage of 52.14% difference between the two. For the comparison between price and quality given between the two shafts, the percentage where the value of the comparison of violence is greater is around 49.97% to 52.14% rather than the price ratio of around 20% given by the producer, it would be better for consumers to buy original shafts than the imitation.

Adapun variasi bentuk yang diberikan adalah dengan mencoba untuk memberikan penyangga (RIB). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa diameter optimal dari pipa paddock stand adalah sebesar 13 mm. adapun lendutan terbesar yang diperoleh pada kondisi optimal adalah sebesar4 mm, dengan nilai tegangan maksimal yang diperoleh sebesar 136,9 MPa

This research aims at an ergonomic and economical handcart, so as to produce a product that can be useful for medium-sized industries and can increase efficiency and increase work productivity. This research was carried out by redesigning the product as a development, where this product is usually used in a building called a traditional material conveying tool, then calculating the axle and pedal stress on a wheelbarrow. In this study it can be concluded that the wheelbarrow or wheelbarrow is designed more ergonomically with several changes including changes in the height of the stalk from the ground to minimize bending when lifting the wheelbarrow, changes in shape and size of the supports to accommodate various lifting positions, other things, changes in shape and the size of the body so that when lifting and pushing the wheelbarrow, the load is more balanced, the addition of a jack to make it easier for users to spill loads from the body, the addition of two rear wheels to make it easier to push the wheelbarrow, and change the handle to make it easier for users

Generally, the dynamic vibration absorber is a mass-spring-damper addition to the main system. This study researches the effects comparison of Without Dynamic Vibration Absorber and Series Double Dynamic Vibration Absorber on the main system response. Electric motor with unbalanced masses is used as the exciter and placed on the two beams. The main mass is supported by these beams. This system has the specified dynamic equations. The main system response absorber TDVA addition gives 0.008291meter displacement rms at 1, 002 frequency-ratio. The one with DDVA system response absorber with Ma1=1/20 and Ma2 =1/20, Ma1=2/30 and Ma2 =1/30, and Ma1=1/40 and Ma2 =1/40 gives 0.001484 meter, 0.002691 meter, and 0.001343 meter. The system with SDVA gives better response than DDVA. The first absorber mass ability to reduce main mass response is disturbed by the second absorber mass existence.
The ignition system is a system that greatly affects the performance of a vehicle. Capacity Discharge Ignition (CDI) is a component in the ignition system that works to set the right ignition timing, ...therefore combustion can be maximized. This study aimed to compare the use of a factory CDI with a CDI from another vehicle, namely the 110 cc Shogun, to determine the performance of a 125 cc GL Max motorbike including torque, power, and fuel consumption to efficiency. The data collection was carried out at speeds of 25 km/hour to 65 km/hour for each gear with an increase of 10 km/hour. The results showed that the larger the gear or teeth, the value of torque, power, and efficiency will also increase. The best results were obtained in the 110 cc Shogun CDI variation with respective values of 7.96 Nm, 6.8 pk, and 81.14%. Meanwhile, the value of the most economical fuel consumption is still the standard CDI GL Max 125 cc with a value of 0.12 kg/pk.hour in the highest gear.
The purpose of this study was to determine the performance characteristics of a Honda GL max 125cc motorcycle engine using standard CDI and 110cc shogun CDI standard CDI with 110cc shogun CDI used on ...Honda GL Max motorcycles. 125c. Real data collection procedures, with the on-road test method and analyzed descriptively. The test results and analysis show that the increase in gear ratio and the difference in initial start on the two CDi influences engine performance, including speed, acceleration, power, torque, SFC (fuel consumption) on the motorcycle. The test results for speed and acceleration values decrease, and the standard CDI energy value and the Shogun 110cc CDI decrease with increasing gears. Power experiences the greatest increase in the 110cc Shogun CDI compared to the standard CDI, and torque has increased. At the same time, fuel consumption is more efficient than the standard CDI due to the ratio gear from the manufacturer having been adapted to the condition of the motor.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karateristik performa mesin sepeda motor Honda GL max 125cc dengan menggunakan CDI standart dan CDI shogun 110cc CDI standar dengan CDI shogun 110cc yang digunakan pada motor honda GL Max 125c. Prosedur pengambilan data secara real, dengan metode on road test serta dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil pengujian dan analisa menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan rasio gear dan perbedaan awal start pada kedua CDi memilki pengaruh pada performa mesin antara lain kecetapan, percepatan, daya, torsi, Sfc (konsumsi bahan bakar) pada sepeda motor tersebut. Hasil pengujian untuk kecepatan dan percepatan nilainya semakin menurun, nilai energi CDI standar dan CDI Shogun110cc mengalami penurunan seiring peningkatan gigi, Untuk daya mengalami Peningkatan terbesar pada CDI shogun 110cc daripada CDI standar dan torsi mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan konsumsi bahan bakar lebih hemat CDI standar disebabkan rasio gear dari pabrikan telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi motor.
