Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine Germany is among the countries that have accepted the largest number of refugees from Ukraine. Despite the financial support of Germany to Ukrainian ...citizens, the solvency of Ukrainians, the sufficiency of their savings accumulated in Ukraine for living in Germany, the opportunities and problems for adaptation in Germany associated with the language barrier, the need for retraining of specialists in many specialties, problems for buying own housing in Germany, etc. remain a topical issue. The main indicators of the development of Germany and Ukraine, the comparison of living standards of the population in these countries, and the level of social security are considered in the article. The results of the study showed that the Ukrainian system of providing social assistance is imperfect, as there is no single Social Code, in contrast, there is an undeveloped institution of social inspection, and a low level of social benefits. At the same time, the level of protection of citizens in Ukraine is much lower than in Germany. In Ukraine, the wage level is not competitive. Ukrainians spend almost half of their income on the basic food needs. Therefore, there is no doubt that the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine should include both the necessary financing and the necessary reforms in Ukraine. The authors analyze the characteristic features of the German social assistance system, among which are: financing of the vast majority of social benefits at the expense of insurance contributions; unity and orderliness of social legislation; high level of development of the institute of social inspection, which is a guarantee for the objective assignment of social assistance; high level of social protection of refugees, which is a prerequisite for public peace and social stability; individual approach to the assignment of unemployment social assistance, which contributes to a lower level of unemployment compared to other European countries. The carried out research makes possible to substantiate the directions of the introduction of the German experience into the Ukrainian system of providing social services.

The purpose of the article is to build a model of the formation of one's own brand, which is based on a wide range of principles of system analysis, and allows to predict the effectiveness of the ...decisions made. The article proves that for the effective formation and promotion of a personal brand, one should understand the purpose and functions of its formation, take into account all the conditions that can affect it, and master the tools and methods of brand management. The work proposes the formation of an algorithm for creating one's own brand under the influence of all possible factors and conditions. It is noted that the conditions for the formation of a personal brand are formed based on five levels of perception of the personality by the surrounding people: emotional, personal, behavioral, level of uniqueness and personal identification. It has been studied that the main goal of forming a personal brand can be called the creation and strengthening of an image, as well as increasing recognition to raise popularity among the audience. In order to achieve all the goals and tasks set, the tools of forming a personal brand are grouped in the work. In addition, the article discusses special paid and free services, as well as auxiliary tools for successful brand promotion in social networks. It was determined that the success of forming a personal brand depends on the effectiveness of the chosen methods of brand management and the developed algorithm for forming a personal brand. In general, it is proposed to distinguish three stages in the brand formation algorithm: choosing a niche and target audience, analyzing competitors and creating a brand promotion strategy. The article states that the task of evaluating or forecasting brand efficiency can be accomplished using four approaches, the most qualitative of which is the use of econometric modeling. A linear regression model was chosen for adequate processing of the entire set of indicators involved at this stage of the research, and the R-Studio software was used for its construction, which is a universal means of automating many marketing tasks. At the last stage of the work, target indicators were predicted depending on influencing factors. The performed econometric analysis proved the feasibility of using the developed model for more effective management of a personal Instagram page. The developed model made it possible to predict the most successful day and time of publication of the corresponding type of content.
The review surveys the published data on a strong negative impact of psycho-emotional stress, which accompanies both the military servicemen and civilians of any state in martial law period. Such a ...load can lead to severe disorders of the systems that ensure the human body homeostatic stability, in particular to post-traumatic stress disorder. In this case human body is subjected to a state accompanied by the development of severe oncology and autoimmune diseases, as well as dysfunction of the male reproductive system. The study offers modern approaches to the treatment of the listed pathologies, most of which are based on the international experience of clinical and experimental research as well as achievements of national academic science. Special attention is paid to the development of cryobiological and cryomedical cell-tissue techniques, the use of those can be promising in the strengthening of both mental and physical health of civilian population during the wartime.
The article is concerned with development of a complex of economic-mathematical methods and models for assessing and forecasting the level of liquidity of banks. In order to achieve this objective, a ...cluster analysis of the banks of Ukraine by the liquidity level has been carried out; a correlation analysis has been applied to identify the factors that impact the level of bank liquidity the most; with use of the correlative regression analysis techniques the model of dependence of bank’s liquidity from the adequacy of capital and the ratio of credits to deposits, dynamic models for forecasting assets and the bank’s lending volumes have been built. As a result of applying these methods and the models built, a forecast of assets and bank lending volumes has been completed, and the liquidity forecasting values have been calculated. Based on the forecast, the bank can make decisions whether it is feasible to implement certain measures to improve its liquidity and, ultimately, to ensure its financial sustainability and stability.
The article provides methodical recommendations for determining the stability of the process of bank crediting on the basis of the definition of stability of time series according to the ...Foster-Stuart criterion, allowing for comprehensive analyzing of stability of banking institutions and for timely responding to both globalization and internal challenges. The proposed recommendations for determining the stability of the process of bank crediting creates an opportunity to consider statistically substantiated the conclusion that during the period of 2016–2018 this process was precarious. As for the time series of indicators defining the status change of banking system, the authors suggest to consider the characterization of its stability as multiple-criteria. Stability of the economic process is defined as an aggregate of indicators: average value of number of observations; mean root square deviation of number of observations; coefficient of variation of number of observations; relative magnitude of number of observations; average absolute growth at the i-m interval. Focusing on the specific problematic factors distorts the accuracy of analysis, therefore, all factors should be considered in an integrated manner. The developed methodology provides the possibility to predict development and level out the impact of negative factors, to make efficient decisions on regulation of financial system.
The analysis of the financial technologies introduction has proved that their application over-complicates the institutional structure of the global financial system. As a result, usual functional ...relationships cease to operate, new institutes and interdependencies appear, and systemic risks increase. In this context, the system instability increases, resulting in a transition to a new institutional status. The analysis of the financial technologies impact on the stability of financial system shows that the lack of institutional support for new financial technologies is the most important catalyst for the financial industry destabilization and the formation of financial bubbles in various market segments. The ways to reduce the negative impact of financial technologies on the financial system stability (such as development of international prudential standards; revision of the licensing regime for financial companies; “regulatory sandboxes”, which test new technologies, business models and algorithms underlying the Fintech innovations; legal regulation of ownership of digital tokens; and clear definition of the blockchain technology in various areas of life, etc.) have been proposed.
An important component of the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases is the immune system deregulation as an impaired tolerance to its own antigens by reducing the content of T-regulatory cells. Their ...formation is closely related to the function of dendritic cells (DCs), so in autoimmune diseases the use of DCs with tolerogenic potential is promising for the restoration of antigen-specific tolerance. Recently, the issue of establishing the banks of tolerogenic DCs for clinical use, which involves their cryopreservation, has been actively discussed. To date, there is no common protocol for DCs freezing, which would take into account the different sources of their obtaining, the initial structural and functional state before freezing, composition of cryopreservation media and other factors. The review summarizes experimental data on cryopreservation of peripheral blood and bone marrow mononuclear cells or monocytes. The potential for their further ex vivo differentiation into DCs to ensure the stability of immature phenotype and tolerogenic function has been studied.
This paper proposes methodological aspects of evaluation of organization efficiency of personnel management and motivation on the bases of application of economic and mathematical tools by ...implementing a three-component algorithmic model. The structural divisions heads’ work effectiveness evaluation is carried out on the basis of econometric systems of structural equations that allow you to rank personality, communicative, innovative, social and corporate managers characteristics that have the greatest impact on the overall performance indicators of the bank staff among which are considered amount of attracted funds; assessment of employee's compliance with the standard; activity efficiency (number of contracts); contribution to development. The obtained modeling results confirm the hypothesis that structural unit managers need to work on the development of their communicative, innovative, personal and social characteristics. Models for analyzing the personnel motivation factors on the bases of the methodology of multivariate statistical factor analysis with initial list of 13 main indicators of staff motivation are proposed; as a result, we set up the aggregated factors that reflect the properties of several motivational components such as financial, social incentives and medical insurance for employees. The model for estimating influence of motivation factors on results of bank's activity on the bases of nonlinear econometric functions is constructed. The regression equation of the motivation factors influence on the bank total profit is obtained. The proposed model toolkit for evaluation of efficiency of management and staff motivation will allow the bank's management to improve motivation and incentives mechanisms in order to raise efficiency of stuff productivity in direction of increasing bank profitability and competitiveness.
