Zeolit merupakan material aluminosilikat yang memiliki rongga dengan struktur kerangka yang teratur. Aktivasi secara kimia atau fisika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam penukaran ion pada ...saluran-saluran material zeolit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui morfologi dan kandungan unsur dari zeolit yang telah dimodifikasi dengan perak nitrat. Aktivasi zeolit alam dilakukan secara kimia menggunakan larutan HCl dan NaCl, sedangkan untuk modifikasinya menggunakan metode sistem batch dengan larutan perak nitrat. Morfologi dan kandungan unsur zeolit yang telah teraktivasi dan termodifikasi diuji dengan SEM-EDS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi mineral pada zeolit setelah aktivasi terjadi kenaikan yang signifikan pada Na dan Si. Hal ini juga dikuti dengan pengotor pada area permukaan zeolit menjadi berkurang. Jumlah persentase unsur perak yang terendah ditemukan pada kelompok zeolit dengan modifikasi AgNO3 0,025 M dan jumlah persentase unsur perak yang tertinggi ditemukan pada kelompok zeolit dengan modifikasi AgNO3 0,1 M. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivasi zeolit alam dapat menghilangkan material-material pengotor yang terdapat pada zeolit sehingga akan memudahkan modifikasi zeolit dengan ion perak. Jumlah unsur ion perak akan meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi larutan perak nitrat yang digunakan.
Background: Compared to manufacturing industry, construction has a unique characteristic. These characteristics cause construction projects to have dangerous conditions and make them vulnerable to an ...occupational accident. Purpose: To analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management on the building construction workers’ safety behavior at construction service company Surabaya. Method: This research classification is observational and a cross-sectional research with analytic nature. This research is conducted over 4 months. The research sample amounted to 53 workers. Its dependent variable is safety behavior (OHS behavior) with the top manager’s commitment, OHS procedure regulation, communication, worker’s competency, interpersonal relationship and physical hazard as its independent variables. Data is descriptively analyzed in the form of a frequency table and cross-tabulation. A statistical test is performed by using the chi-square test with α=0.05. Result: Management commitment (p-value=0.001) and OHS procedure regulation (p-value=0.029) significantly affect the safety behavior implementation to the worker. Conclusion: Two Independent variables which affect the safety behavior of the building construction worker at construction service company Surabaya ware management commitment (X1) and OHS procedure regulation (X2). The regulation of OSH procedures must be communicated, promoted to workers, and supervision of workers can be increased as a form of good commitment and given support by providing rewards for workers who have implemented safe behavior properly and providing punishment for workers who conduct unsafe behavior.
The type of research used is quantitative research. This research was conducted at MTsS Nurul Ihsan school. With a total student population of 66 people, with a total sample of 16 people using the ...Cluster Random Sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 15 questions. The research results showed that there were 3 people in the category of low interest in reading, 10 people in the category of moderate reading interest and 3 people in the category of high reading interest. In the low category, the average value is 40 with a percentage of 18.75%; in the medium category the average value is 47.6 with a percentage of 62.5%; and in the high category, the average value is 53.3 with a percentage of 18.75%. So the study results show that the average value of students' reading interest on the influence of gadgets is in the medium category, with an average total score of 47.6.
This research aimed to obtain the profile of students' critical thinking skills and the implementation of PBLRQA based on blended learning in high school. This research is a descriptive preliminary ...study with a saturated sampling technique was taken by 123 students. The method of gathering information with a used a written test, response questionnaire students, and teacher interviews. The analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The result showed that critical thinking skills in the very low category. With the acquisitions of the very low category as many as namely 110 students, the low category as many as 12 students being low, the medium category as many as and 1 student, but in the high and very high categories there are no students who achieve it. The research of the study concluded that the students generally in low critical thinking skills, so it is necessary to change the learning model to improve critical thinking skills, namely by the implementation of PBLRQA based on blended learning.
This article aims to present the research results on the analysis of the mental health of vegetable farmers in terms of coping with stress. The condition of crop failure is something that all farmers ...do not expect, but this condition cannot be predicted because it depends on natural factors. One of the stresses that arise when a crop failure occurs is disappointment, lack of financial capital, feeling a heavy burden, and harboring many desires that cannot be realized. This research used a mixed-method approach (quantitative and qualitative). The research sample consisted of 25 productive farmers in a Talang Lahat Curup Bengkulu Village farmer group. The results showed that coping stress was positively correlated and tended to be high (r(25)=0.515; p<0.008) with the mental health of vegetable farmers. The simple linear regression test shows that the model is known to be suitable in explaining the data (F(1, 23)=8.321; p<0.008; R2=0.266). This means that coping with stress can explain 26.6% of the mental condition of vegetable farmers who experience crop failure. Farmers who fail to harvest can survive due to several factors, one of which is the religious attitude of praying and continuing to try to be one of the main things in the life of vegetable farmers so that they remain mentally healthy in the face of unwanted conditions. The dominant stress-coping component is problem-focused, oriented to the subject matter, and tends to solve the problem immediately.
This study aims to determine the factors associated with patient care manager role and the implementation of the clinical pathway among nurses in private hospitals.
This study was conducted from ...January-July 2021 using the cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 168 nurses working in a private hospital in Surabaya City, East Java, Indonesia. Meanwhile, the data were collected using the Patient Care Manager Role Scale (PCMRS) and analyzed by multiple logistic regression to find the correlation between the variables.
A higher percentage of nurses namely 64.3% had compliance in COVID-19 clinical pathways with an average PCMRS score of 27.81 ± 2.43. Nurses with a high-level patient care manager role level had a significant compliance risk with odds ratio OR 440.137, 95% confidence interval CI 51.850-3736.184, and
-value = 0.000 compared to those with a low role.
The role of patient care manager and compliance with COVID-19 clinical pathways correlated significantly. Based on the results, several actions are needed for the early identification of patient service managers' roles to ensure compliance with COVID-19 clinical pathways and reduce the number of cases in Indonesia.

One of the topics of promotional issues is through a film adapted from the novel. Therefore the vocational reading room using social media instagram as a communication service with users who no other is a vocational student. The targets in this campaign are the increasing number of Instagram Spreadsheet Readers, likes, comments, and hashtag # 4FAMEruangbacavokasi. In this research, researchers use qualitative research methods. Data collection is done using observation and interview techniques. Qualitative research is used because data collection is done when the research is more to throw an object such as photo challenge contest with the theme "Fascinating Read Movie Like". After the photo challenge is completed the researchers also held an interview about how the opinion of the participants in the race held in the vocational reading room. The result of this research is the implementation cycle conducted by researchers as much as four cycles. The first cycle applied 12 times post, second cycle applied 8 times post, third cycle applied 10 post and fourth cycle only 1 post. Within a period of three weeks photo challenge was held, there are eleven followers who follow this photo challenge contest. Of the total participants are drawn four winners with the most like, the most interesting photos and comments.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji validitas konstruk dari empati yang digunakan sebagai salah satu alat ukur yang berhubungan dengan agresivitas remaja. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan ...empat dimensi empati dari Mark H Davis (1980) yaitu, perspective taking, fantasy, empathic concern, dan personal distress dengan jumlah total sebanyak 28 item. Data yang digunakan adalah siswa dan siswi SMA Negeri 3 Kota Tangerang Selatan sebanyak 150 orang. Metode analisis faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dengan program lisrel 8.70. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan metode CFA dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua dimensi memerlukan modifikasi model pengukuran untuk dapat memperoleh nilai fit.
Kampoeng ikan adalah wisata alami yang identik dengan budidaya ikan hias, terbentuk dari kesadaran masyarakat yang tinggi untuk merubah lingkungan sekitar menjadi lebih baik. Cara budidaya yang ...dilakukan cukup unik dengan merubah saluran irigasi yang dulunya disalah gunakan menjadi tempat budidaya ikan hias yang lebih menarik dan tertata rapi, dan budidaya juga dilakukan di persawahan tanaman padi yang berdampak baik untuk padi yang dapat menghasilkan beras organik tanpa bahan kimia atau nama lainnya “mina padi”. Selain untuk merubah saluran irigasi dan lingkungan sekitar kampoeng ikan hadir untuk memajukan perekonomian warga sekitar yang sudah pasti akan mendapatkan imbas baik dari adanya wisata kampoeng ikan ini. Metode yang kami gunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode ABCD yang dimana kami berkolaborasi langsung dengan masyarakat untuk menyelesaikan problematika yang belum terpecahkan. Terjun langsung kepada masyarakat untuk berkerjasama memecahkan masalah yang terjadi. Hasil dari temuan ini bahwa kampoeng ikan akan tetap bertahan karena adanya kesadaran yang tinggi akan lingkungan berdampak positif pada perekonomian dan sektor pariwisata desa. The way of cultivation is quite unique by changing irrigation channels that were once abused into a more attractive and neatly arranged ornamental fish farming, and cultivation is also carried out in rice fields, which has a good impact on rice that can produce organic rice without chemicals or other names “mina padi.” In addition to changing irrigation channels and the environment around kampong ikan, it is present to promote the economy of local residents, who will definitely get a good impact from this kampong ikan tourism. The method we used for this study is the ABCD method, in which we collaborate directly with the community to solve unsolved problems. Plunge directly into the community to work together to solve the problems that occur. The result of this finding is that Kampoeng Ikan will survive because the high awareness of the environment has a positive impact on the village's economy and tourism sector.
