This paper researches the optimal capacity design of independent micro-grid system for wind-solar combined cooling heating and power system with energy storage, puts forward a dispatching method ...based on expert time-judge for dynamic control of wind-solar direct permeability and a hierarchical design based on energy storage module. Because of the uncertainty of wind-solar system, this paper adopts fuzzy parameters to describe the system constraints and clarify the opportunity constraints, then optimizes the capacity design on fuzzy constraints and particle swarm optimization, analyses the operation results of optimal capacity allocation under dispatching method and hierarchical design of energy storage.
COVID-19 is a public health emergency currently. In this study, a scale-free network model is established based on the Spring Migration data in 2020.The cities is clustered into three different ...modules. The epidemic of the cities in the black module was the most serious, followed by the red and the cyan. The black module contains 9 cities in Zhejiang province and 8 cities in Guangdong province, most of them located in the southeast coastal economic belt. These cities should be the key cities for epidemic prevention and control.
Abstract
A sub-array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO), KM2A is mainly designed to observe a large fraction of the northern sky to hunt for γ-ray sources at energies above 10 ...TeV. Even though the detector construction is still underway, half of the KM2A array has been operating stably since the end of 2019. In this paper, we present the KM2A data analysis pipeline and the first observation of the Crab Nebula, a standard candle in very high energy γ-ray astronomy. We detect γ-ray signals from the Crab Nebula in both energy ranges of 10
100 TeV and
100 TeV with high significance, by analyzing the KM2A data of 136 live days between December 2019 and May 2020. With the observations, we test the detector performance, including angular resolution, pointing accuracy and cosmic-ray background rejection power. The energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range 10-250 TeV fits well with a single power-law function d

. It is consistent with previous measurements by other experiments. This opens a new window of γ-ray astronomy above 0.1 PeV through which new ultrahigh-energy γ-ray phenomena, such as cosmic PeVatrons, might be discovered.
This paper proposes an improved droop control method with state of charge (SOC) balance function for energy storage module of DC microgrid. The average SOC of all energy storage modules is obtained ...by low bandwidth network. The SOC balance controller calculates the difference between each module's SOC and average SOC and then adjust the droop coefficients according to the difference. As the coefficient changes, the output power of module is allocated according to its SOC and eventually achieve balance. Besides, secondary voltage controller is employed to compensate DC bus voltage drop. Also, the stability of the proposed method is studied by small-signal analysis. The effectiveness of the proposed method is finally verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.
In laparoscopic-assisted left hemicolectomy, previous studies have suggested that preserving the inferior mesenteric artery (IMA) may improve intestinal blood flow and reduce the incidence of ...anastomotic leakage. However, whether IMA should be retained is controversial currently. This study aims to investigate the short-term efficacy of the inferior mesenteric artery preservation (IMAP) and the inferior mesenteric artery resection (IMAR) on the laparoscopic-assisted radical resection of left hemicolon cancer.
A retrospective cohort study was conducted to collect the clinical data of 195 patients with left colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Colorectal Surgery Department of Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from October 2012 to February 2019. After D3 radical resection for left semicolon cancer, they were divided into the IMAR group (91 cases), and the IMAP group (104 cases). In IMAR group, the left colon artery (LCA) and 1-2 branches of sigmoid artery (SA) were identifi
Three sets of primers to detect foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) using multiplex RT-PCR were designed based on several reference nucleotide sequences, and their reaction conditions were ...determined. By testing ten-fold serial dilutions of FMDV, the sensitivity of multiplex RT-PCR is 100 times higher than conventional RT-PCR. Meanwhile, its specificity was confirmed compared with other related vesicular disease viruses. Furthermore, 30 field samples from different animals were tested, and the results supported the method's potential applications in routine veterinary quarantine and epidemic surveillance of FMDV.

We have fabricated ultrathin lead films on silicon substrates with atomic-scale control of the thickness over a macroscopic area. We observed oscillatory behavior of the superconducting transition ...temperature when the film thickness was increased by one atomic layer at a time. This oscillating behavior was shown to be a manifestation of the Fabry-Pérot interference modes of electron de Broglie waves (quantum well states) in the films, which modulate the electron density of states near the Fermi level and the electron-phonon coupling, which are the two factors that control superconductivity transitions. This result suggests the possibility of modifying superconductivity and other physical properties of a thin film by exploiting well-controlled and thickness-dependent quantum size effects.

Fibroblast growth factor 5 (FGF5) is a secreted signaling protein that belongs to the FGF family, and was found to be associated with hair growth in humans and other animals. The Inner Mongolia ...Cashmere goat (Capra hircus) is a goat breed that provides superior cashmere; this breed was formed by spontaneous mutation in China. Here, we report the cloning, molecular characterization, and expression pattern of the Cashmere goat FGF5. The cloned FGF5 cDNA was 813 base pairs (KM596772), including an open reading frame encoding a 270-amino-acid polypeptide. The nucleotide sequence shared 99% homology with Ovis aries FGF5 (NM_001246263.1). Bioinformatic analysis revealed that FGF5 contained a signal peptide, an FGF domain, and a heparin-binding growth factor/FGF family signature. There was 1 cAMP- and cGMP-dependent protein kinase phosphorylation site, 11 protein kinase C phosphorylation sites, 4 casein kinase II phosphorylation sites, 1 amidation site, 1 N-glycosylation site, and 1 tyrosine kinase phosphorylation site in FGF5. Real-time polymerase chain reaction showed that FGF5 mRNA levels were higher in testis than in the pancreas and liver. These data suggest that FGF5 may play a crucial role in Cashmere goat hair growth.
The polyimide/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) nanocomposite films were prepared by mixing of poly(amic acid) (PAA) solution and MWNTs/DMAc suspension follow by mixture casting, evaporation and ...thermal imidization. To increase the chemical compatibility between polyimide matrix and MWNTs, MWNTs were modified with mixed strong acid. The results show that the dispersion of the MWNTs is improved greatly in the polyimide matrix after acid modification. The modified MWNTs are dispersed homogeneously in the polyimide matrix while the structure of the polyimide and MWNTs structures is stable in the preparation process. With the incorporation of MWNTs, the mechanical properties of the resultant nanocomposite films were greatly improved due to the strong interfacial interaction between the modified MWNTs and the polyimide matrix. The thermal stability of the nanocomposites was lower a little than pure polyimide because of the drop of thermostability of MWNTs through acid-treatment. The electrical conductivity and the dielectric constant of the nanocomposites were also having sharp increase, which is favorable for practical use in anti-static materials and embedded capacitors.
