The as-obtained MOFCoP@rGOx ...composites have been subjected to physico-chemical (XRD, Raman, SEM, and BET) and electrochemical (CV, GCD, and EIS) studies. Amongst, 50 mg reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-dispersed MOFCoP@rGO2 exhibits 3D architecture in SEM and synergistically improvises faradaic and non-faradaic reactions which enhanced specific capacitances and cyclability. Communication plays a major role in human’s life. Without network communication can’t be done, to achieve proper and effective communication different generations of networks are introduced. Each ...generation has its own features and perspective of communication, but till now there is no network properly makes people to communicate. Many researches says 5G network will rule the network world as it satisfies all the effective network goals. This paper is proposed to obtain all the goals of a communication network by making proper handover with the help of machine learning.Here we have used two main algorithms to make our 5G handover process by clustering and classifying. Clustering is a process of making the datasets into single units of every users and classification is a process of classifying user’s clustered datasets into common path using prediction and forecasting. For clustering we are using K-means and for classification we are using Random Forest algorithm. By using the algorithms the datasets which is being predicted and forecasted is stored in the cloud. Here cloud technology is used as a platform for developing datasets associated with internet. 5G network adapts to any form technology easier and here we have used all the essential technologies under machine learning. This paper deals with all the above methodologies effectively with newer combinations of algorithms along with proper solutions.
We report a rare case of an invasive bacterial and thrombotic necrotizing sinusitis in a healthy, immunocompetent 27-year-old female in the setting of a COVID-19 infection. And describe the ...reconstruction approach after her partial rhinectomy.
We performed a comprehensive literature review and case study to explore the incidences of necrotizing sinusitis in the setting of COVID-19.
The patient presented to the emergency room with known COVID-19 positivity and left-sided nasal and peri-orbital edema and erythema that progressed to nasal tip and sinonasal necrosis. MRI showed thrombi in bilateral orbital veins. She underwent a partial rhinectomy and multiple endoscopic debridements. Tissue specimen pathology showed invasive P. aeruginosa. The patient subsequently underwent staged reconstruction with placement of a folded paramedian forehead flap for both external nasal tip and internal nasal lining reconstruction. Later stages included recreation of the bilateral lower lateral cartilages with auricular cartilage grafting and tip contouring.
P. aeruginosa can cause an aggressive, necrotizing infection that can present in a similar fashion to invasive fungal sinusitis due to similar vascular invasion and subsequent ischemia. In the case of the presented patient, it is theorized that the COVID-19 infection led to a thromboembolic state resulting in confirmed orbital vein thrombosis and likely additional sub-clinical microthrombi. In the setting of the COVID-related thrombo-emboli, she likely became predisposed to the invasive necrotizing bacterial infection. This is the first reported case of invasive Pseudomonas rhinosinusitis depicted in a young immunocompetent adult patient with COVID-19 without other comorbidities.

Objective
To understand the etiology of tracheotomy‐induced tracheal stenosis by comparing the differences in techniques and mechanical force applied with open tracheotomy (OT) versus percutaneous ...tracheotomy (PCT) placement.
Methods
This study is an unblinded, experimental, randomized controlled study in an ex‐vivo animal model. Simulated tracheostomies were performed on 10 porcine tracheas, 5 via a tracheal window technique (OT) and 5 using the Ciaglia technique (PCT). The applied weight during the simulated tracheostomy and the compression of the trachea were recorded at set times during the procedure. The applied weight during tracheostomy was used to calculate the tissue force in Newtons. Tracheal compression was measured by anterior–posterior distance compression and as percent change.
Results
Average forces for scalpel (OT) versus trocar (PCT) were 2.6 N and 12.5 N (p < 0.01), with the dilator (PCT) it was 22.02 N (p < 0.01). The tracheostomy placement with OT required an average force of 10.7 N versus 23.2 N (p < 0.01) with PCT. The average change in AP distance when using the scalpel versus trocar was 21%, and 44% (p < 0.01), with the dilator it was 75% (p < 0.01). The trach placement with OT versus PCT had an average AP distance change of 51% and 83% respectively (p < 0.01).
Conclusion
This study demonstrated that PCT required more force and caused more tracheal lumen compression when compared to the OT technique. Based on the increased force required for PCT, we suspect there could also be an increased risk for tracheal cartilage trauma.

But in TFET, the on-current (Ion) is extensively low. To expand Ion, numerous Gate Engineering configurations have been recommended. In this paper, an analytical model of Dual Material Double Gate All Around Tunnel Field Effect Transistor (DMDGAA-TFET) is presented. Surface potential and electric flux are analytically modelded by fulfilling 2-D Laplace condition. Here electric flux is utilized to decide the drain current. At last the Ion improvement as well as, the reduced SS is contrasted with Dual Material Gate Tunnel Field Effect Transistor (DMG-TFET) by checking the analytical results with MATLAB results.
