Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) with directional and polarized light emission have many photonic applications, and beam shaping of these devices is fundamentally challenging because they are ...Lambertian light sources. In this work, using OLEDs for demonstrations, by selectively diffracting the TE waveguide mode while suppressing other optical modes in a nanostructured substrate, we demonstrated highly directional light emission from a full‐area OLED with a small divergence angle less than 3°, and a TE to TM polarization extinction ratio of 13. The highly selective diffraction of only the TE waveguide mode is possible due to the planarization of the device stack by thermal evaporation and solution processing.

In order to integrate design resources of powertrain in wheeled combine harvester chassis, and improve its design quality, the process and methods of constructing a design platform for the powertrain ...in wheeled combine harvester chassis is presented in this paper. Based on the characteristics of the specific knowledge of powertrains design, this paper discourses methods of knowledge gathering, sorting, classification and presentation. Meanwhile, how to use Oracle database to store design knowledge also been discussed. According to the features of different parts, using method of parametric model constructing based on Pro/E, a set of parametric models of powertrain is built. After the forming of knowledge base, the reasoning mechanism is studied. Taking Visual Studio 2008, Oracle, Pro/E as major development means, the design platform of the powertrain in wheeled combine harvester chassis is finally established.
Most earlier 3D structure-based molecular generation approaches follow an atom-wise paradigm, incrementally adding atoms to a partially built molecular fragment within protein pockets. These methods, ...while effective in designing tightly bound ligands, often overlook other essential properties such as synthesizability. The fragment-wise generation paradigm offers a promising solution. However, a common challenge across both atom-wise and fragment-wise methods lies in their limited ability to co-design plausible chemical and geometrical structures, resulting in distorted conformations. In response to this challenge, we introduce the Deep Geometry Handling protocol, a more abstract design that extends the design focus beyond the model architecture. Through a comprehensive review of existing geometry-related models and their protocols, we propose a novel hybrid strategy, culminating in the development of FragGen - a geometry-reliable, fragment-wise molecular generation method. FragGen marks a significant leap forward in the quality of generated geometry and the synthesis accessibility of molecules. The efficacy of FragGen is further validated by its successful application in designing type II kinase inhibitors at the nanomolar level.

Objective To investigate the effects of Panax japonicas hypolipidemic compound (ZDS) on the lipid metabolism and its possible mechanism in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) mice induced by ...high sugar and fat diet. Methods The extracts of Panaax japonica rhizoma, Salviae Miltiorrhiz radix Et rhizoma and Crataegi Fructus were prepared, and ZDS compound was formulated according to their antioxidant activities. Forty SPF male Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups (10 each): normal control group, model group, high-dose ZDS-treated group, and low-dose ZDS-treated group. In addition to the mice in normal control group were given conventional diet, the mice in other three groups were fed high-sugar high-fat diet. High-dose and low-dose ZDS-treated group were given 90mg/kg or 30mg/kg ZDS. After the treatment of five weeks, the histomorphology and lipid deposition of the liver were observed to confirm the establishment of mouse NAFLD model and the improvement of ZDS compound on lipid deposition. T
