This research used literature study to collect data, field study with observation, and design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) with activity diagrams, class diagrams, use case diagrams, database design, form design, display design, draft reports. The result achieved is an application model of accounting information systems of sales and purchases of spare parts in general car service companies. As a conclusion, the accounting information systems of sales and purchases provides ease for management to obtain information quickly and easily as well as the presentation of reports quickly and accurately.

The conclusions resulting from this research is the design and navigation of the questionnaire distributed to faculty and students in the first semesterof 2013/2014 with the hypothesis Ho: no effect, Ha: no effect, in which the basic decision making sig. > then Ho isα= accepted , sig . < then Ho is rejected, the decision sig. = 0.00 then 0.00α < 0.05 then there is the influence of language and design variable to variable satisfaction.
Along with the development of technology, every line of business as well as services needs information systems to support the company operations. Several methods were carried out on this research, such as data collection and information; analyses on the running system; analyses of research findings;, identification of information needs, and identification of system requirements, as well as object-oriented design methods, namely the problem domain analysis, application domain analysis, architecture design and component diagram. The results obtained in the form of improvements in the running system which was an application that informs the design of document numbering, filing, and reports. The accounting information system of service sales at the studied company produced needed reports timely, completely and accurately that can be utilized by the management in decision-making.
This study aims to identify whether the information system used by a sea food restaurant has been efficient and effective. It can support decision making for follow-up actions. The methodology used ...in this study is literature study, interview, and survey. To evaluate the effectiveness of operational information systems at the restaurant, we use cost benefit analysis. To evaluate whether the operational information system is efficient, we use questionnaire with Likert scale calculations. Based on the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency ofoperational information system at the restaurant, it can be seen there is a difference between investment in 2004-2009 and investment in 2010. From the results of calculation using cost benefit analysis to determine the effectiveness, we find that investment in 2004 was positive while investment in 2010 is still negative. Based on the results of questionnaires, the investments are considered efficient. Based on the evaluation, information systems used in sea food restaurant has been effective and efficient. The return on investment only takes less than two years and the information systems supports operational activities.

Using computerized front office system, data about guests will be stored more safely and the reports will be better resulted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing problems on a Front Office of a hotel including identifying information needs and designing information systems to improve hospitality services to guests. The method used is analysis and design. Analysis is performed towards library research anddata collection needed for measuring through observation, interviews, and documents related to the information system. Menawhile, design uses object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) method and application programusing MS Access 2010. The result achieved is an application design of information system of hospitality front office that consists of five modules, namely Reservation module, Services module, Housekeeping module,Restaurant module, and Billing module. As a conclusion, a computerized information system of hospitality front office can assist hotels in providing better service to guests, which in turn can increase guest satisfaction.

The object of this research is one of the universities in Jakarta, Indonesia, whereas the focus is the feature or variable of user friendly and menu to satisfaction variable on the web which supports the teaching and learning process in university. Nowadays, the introduction of E-Learning system prepares student learning material as online access is becoming widespread trend, especially at the university. The research aims to find out user friendly features and menu which is influence learning process on the web at one of university in Jakarta, as a consideration reference for university leader for taking a policy as a way to increase the learning system quality. The method for this research is the use of literature study, questionnaire for lecturer and university students on odd semester 2013/2014 with the use of likert scales shown that university student of variable X1 is neutral or user is satisfied or unsatisfied. Meanwhile, most of X2 variable is neutral, the user said that they were satisfy with D-10 with the score is 1723, and then for the Y variable is the user satisfaction toward web is neutral. The result of questionnaire toward lecturer shown that X1 variable about user friendly is 2 variables are satisfied and 4 variables are neutral or user satisfaction and dissatisfaction toward the web. As for X2 variable about menu shown that 11 variables are satisfied with score above 237, meanwhile 4 variables are neutral with score between 212 until 226. So, it can be conclude that user friendly features are quite influenced user satisfaction on learning process.
Objective of the study is to analyze quality of one of English online learning website which consists of quality of information, usability and quality of service interaction that influence customer ...satisfaction. The methodology used in this study consists of literature study, direct observation of website and survey 100 respondents by using WebQual 4.0. Multiple regression tests were used to measure influence of quality of information, usability and quality of service interaction to user satisfaction. Result show that quality of information, usability and quality of service interaction positively influence customer satisfaction with high degree of correlation relationship.
The objective of this research is to evaluate the web information systems of the National Land Agency (BPN) Central Jakarta to ensure satisfaction of users and to improve the internal control system ...of the web information. The study was conducted from April to July 2015. The method used for this study is literature review. Data collection methods were interviews, observation of the features of the BPN web, check listing and documentation. WebQual method (www.webqual.uk) is used as a framework of this study. Measurement is based on quality function deployment (QFD) to evaluate the quality of a website based on research instruments that can be categorized into three variables, namely: usability, information quality and services interaction. Results show that the evaluation of the information systems of the BPN web to increase user's satisfaction has found some weaknesses. Weaknesses that exist allow for potential risks that could occur and recommendation is necessary as remedial action.
