Infection by bacteria is one of the main problems in health. The use of commercial antibiotics is still one of the treatments to overcome these problems. However, high levels of consumption lead to ...antibiotic resistance. Several types of antibiotics have been reported to experience resistance. One solution that can be given is the use of natural antibacterial products. There have been many studies reporting the potential antibacterial activity of the Ocimum plant. Ocimum is known to be one of the medicinal plants that have been used traditionally by local people. This plant contains components of secondary metabolites such as phenolics, flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, and alkaloids. Therefore, in this paper, we will discuss five types of Ocimum species, namely O. americanum, O. basilicum, O. gratissimum, O. campechianum, and O. sanctum. The five species are known to contain many chemical constituents and have good antibacterial activity against several pathogenic bacteria.

The objective of this research is to ascertain the optimal stock portfolio employing the Single Index Model within the context of the LQ45 Index, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ...(IDX), during the period spanning from 2018 to 2021. This investigation employs quantitative descriptive methodologies alongside purposive sampling. The research findings reveal that, among the 28 stocks consistently included as subjects of study, seven stocks have been identified as falling within the category of an optimal portfolio. These stocks encompass Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA), Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. (ANTM), Bukit Asam Coal Mine Tbk. (PTBA), Adaro Energy Tbk. (ADRO), Vale Indonesia Tbk. (INCO), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBRI), and Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM), all of which demonstrate the highest values of Excess Return to Beta (ERB). Notably, BBCA shares, predominantly engaged in the domain of banking and related financial services, represent the most substantial proportion of the investment portfolio. These shares, distinguished by their considerable asset value and share capitalization, claim a prominent position. The composite portfolio comprised of these seven stocks yields the highest anticipated return while upholding a specific risk level, thereby classifying it as the optimal portfolio category. These outcomes substantiate that the optimal portfolio emerges from a diversified amalgamation of stocks spanning distinct sectors, specifically encompassing financial services, mining, and infrastructure (telecommunications).
Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family (household). Marriage life which is a goal that is desired ...by Islam. However, in reality, to realize these ideal goal, some couples have experience difficulties. If the problem cannot be resolved properly, it will lead to disputes and lead to divorce. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of young marriage and divorce rates and to determine the effect of young marriage on divorce rates at the Antapani Religious Court in Bandung. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling technique with 30 couples who filed for divorce at the Antapani Religious Court in Bandung. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach, namely descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. From the results of research that has been carried out that young marriage has a positive and significant effect on the divorce rate at the Antapani Religious Court in Bandung, which means that the younger the age of a person having a marriage, the higher the divorce rate. This will have a negative impact on a person's psychology, neglect of children and so on.Abstrak: Perkawinan adalah ikatan lahir dan batin antara seorang pria dengan seorang wanita sebagai suami istri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga (rumah tangga) yang bahagia dan kekal. We derive a point-mass (nonspinning) frequency-domain TaylorF2 phasing approximant at quasi-5.5 post-Newtonian (PN) accuracy for the gravitational wave from coalescing compact binaries. The new ...approximant is obtained by Taylor-expanding the effective-one-body (EOB) resummed energy and angular momentum flux along circular orbits with all the known test-particle information up to 5.5PN. The-yet uncalculated-terms at 4PN order and beyond entering both the energy flux and the energy are taken into account as free parameters and then set to zero. We compare the quasi-5.5PN and 3.5PN approximants against full EOB waveforms using gauge-invariant phasing diagnostics Qω=ω^2/ω^˙, where ω^ is the dimensionless gravitational-wave frequency. The quasi-5.5PN phasing is found to be systematically closer to the EOB one than the 3.5PN one. Notably, the quasi-5.5PN (3.5PN) approximant accumulates a EOB−PN dephasing of ΔΨEOBPN∼10−3 rad (0.13 rad) up to frequency ω^≃0.06, 6 orbits to merger, (ω^≃0.086, 2 orbits to merger) for a fiducial binary neutron star system. We explore the performance of the quasi-5.5PN approximant on the measurement of the tidal polarizability parameter Λ˜ using injections of EOB waveforms hybridized with numerical relativity merger waveforms. We prove that the quasi-5.5PN point-mass approximant augmented with 6PN-accurate tidal terms allows one to reduce (and in many cases even eliminate) the biases in the measurement of Λ˜ that are instead found when the standard 3.5PN point-mass baseline is used. Methodologically, we demonstrate that the combined use of Qω analysis and of the Bayesian parameter estimation offers a new tool to investigate the impact of systematics on gravitational-wave inference.

In two national surveys on tolerance, equality, and cooperation among religious communities conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs at 2019 and 2021, the DKI Jakarta harmony index was below ...the national average. This study aims to capture the activities and communication management patterns of the Religious Harmony Forum of DKI Jakarta, especially in overcoming intolerance and radicalism. Both intolerance and radicalism are often cited as triggers for the emergence of religious disharmony in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study show that, first, the communication management of the DKI Jakarta FKUB is not well-organized as a modern organization that always follows the developments based on communication and information technology. Second, the problem of the forum lies in the weakness of social regulations and government actions in implementing recommendations. Third, the role of this forum must be wider, and more innovative to support the country at a macro level to prevent intolerance and radicalism.
Aim
This study aimed to investigate the use of defunctioning stomas after rectal cancer surgery in Australia and New Zealand, as current practice is unknown.
Methods
From the Binational Colorectal ...Cancer Audit database, data on rectal cancer patients who underwent a resection between 2007 and 2019 with the formation of an anastomosis were extracted and analysed. The primary outcome was the rate of defunctioning stoma formation. Secondary outcomes were anastomotic leakage (AL) rates and other postoperative complications, length of hospital stay (LOS), readmissions and 30‐day mortality rates between stoma and no‐stoma groups. Propensity score matching was performed to correct for differences in baseline characteristics between stoma and no‐stoma groups.
Results
In total, 2581 (89%) received a defunctioning stoma and 319 (11%) did not. There were more male patients in the stoma group (65.5% vs. 57.7% for the no‐stoma group; P = 0.006). The median age was 64 years in both groups. The stoma group underwent more ultra‐low anterior resections (79.9% vs. 30.1%; P < 0.0001), included more American Joint Committee on Cancer Stage III patients (53.7% vs. 29.2%; P < 0.0001) and received more neoadjuvant therapy (66.9% vs. 16.3%; P < 0.0001). The AL rate was similar in both groups (5.1% vs. 6.0%; P = 0.52). LOS was longer in the stoma group (8 vs. 6 days; P < 0.0001) with higher 30‐day readmission rates (14.9% vs. 8.3%; P = 0.003). After propensity score matching (n = 208 in both groups), AL rates remained similar (2.9% for stoma vs. 5.8% for no‐stoma group; P = 0.15), but stoma patients required less reoperations (0% vs. 8%; P = 0.016). The stoma group had higher postoperative ileus rates and an increased LOS.
Conclusion
In Australia and New Zealand, most patients who underwent rectal cancer resections with the formation of an anastomosis received a defunctioning stoma. A defunctioning stoma does not prevent AL from occurring but is mostly associated with a lower reoperation rate. Patients with a defunctioning stoma experienced a higher postoperative ileus rate and had an increased LOS.

Background
Post‐operative ileus (POI) and delayed return of gastrointestinal (GI) function are common complications after colorectal surgery. There is a lack of uniformity in enhanced recovery ...protocols (ERPs) with regards to interventions used to target these complications. This systematic review aims to categorize and summarize management recommendations available from published ERPs.
Methods
A systematic search of Ovid MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library and PubMed databases was performed from January 1990 to May 2018. All studies publishing enhanced recovery or fast‐track or multimodal pathway protocols for colorectal surgery in their full‐text were included. Data on interventions aimed at reducing the duration of POI were extracted, as well as references quoted to support specific interventions.
Results
Of 481 manuscripts screened, 37 published ERPs were identified from 37 studies (18 cohort, seven historical‐control, five guidelines, four randomized controlled trials, one randomized controlled trial protocol, one case series and one narrative review). The most commonly recommended interventions were magnesium‐based laxatives (18 of 37, 48.6%), chewing gum (13 of 37, 35.1%), Alvimopan (6 of 37, 16.2%), lactulose (4 of 37, 10.8%), neostigmine (2 of 37, 5.4%) and bisacodyl (2 of 37, 5.4%). Geographical trends were noted for the various interventions, but high‐quality evidence was only referenced to support the use of Alvimopan.
Conclusion
ERP recommendations specific to interventions targeting POI and return of GI function are varied. While laxatives are the most commonly recommended intervention, there is only weak evidence reported to support this practice.

High‐efficiency thermoelectric (TE) technology is determined by the performance of TE materials. Doping is a routine approach in TEs to achieve optimized electrical properties and lowered thermal ...conductivity. However, how to choose appropriate dopants with desirable solution content to realize high TE figure‐of‐merit (zT) is very tough work. In this study, via the use of large mass and strain field fluctuations as indicators for low lattice thermal conductivity, the combination of (Mg, Bi) in GeTe is screened as very effective dopants for potentially high zTs. In experiments, a series of (Mg, Bi) co‐doped GeTe compounds are prepared and the electrical and thermal transport properties are systematically investigated. Ultralow lattice thermal conductivity, about 0.3 W m−1 K−1 at 600 K, is obtained in Ge0.9Mg0.04Bi0.06Te due to the introduced large mass and strain field fluctuations by (Mg, Bi) co‐doping. In addition, (Mg, Bi) co‐doping can introduce extra electrons for optimal carrier concentration and diminish the energy offset at the top of the valence band for high density‐of‐states effective mass. Via these synthetic effects, a superhigh zT of ≈2.5 at 700 K is achieved for Ge0.9Mg0.04Bi0.06Te. This study sheds light on the rational design of effective dopants in other TE materials.
Via using large mass and strain field fluctuations as indicators for low lattice thermal conductivity, the combination of (Mg, Bi) is screened as effective dopants in GeTe. As a result of the optimized carrier concentration, increased band convergence, and lowered lattice thermal conductivity, Ge0.9Mg0.04Bi0.06Te shows a superhigh zT of ≈2.5 at 700 K.
