This research focuses on the discussion regarding antecedent variable of transformational leadership with its effect to work performance of the middle-level leaders at the organization of Pelabuhan ...Indonesia III Inc. The samples used in this study are 30 respondents as 75% of the population. The technique used to collect the data from the respondents is questionnaires to minimize any interpretation differences between respondents and the researcher. Further, analysis model used is structural equation model (SEM) with the basis of theory and concept, from the package of Partial Least Square (PLS) program so that the results are accurate. This study found that transformational leadership has direct significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However transformational leadership cannot give significant impact to work performance when it is intervened by the organizational commitment as well as it cannot give direct impact on work performance.

This study underscores the significance of assessing the capabilities of rehabilitation officers in navigating challenges, devising innovative work methods, and successfully executing the ...rehabilitation process. This is particularly crucial amid the dual challenges of overcapacity and the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic, making it an essential area for research. To be specific, it aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of proactive personality and supportive supervision on proactive work behavior, as well as the mediating role of Role Breadth Self-efficacy and Change Orientation. This research was conducted on all rehabilitation officers at the Narcotics Penitentiary in Sumatra, totaling 272 respondents. This study employs a quantitative method via a questionnaire using a purposive sampling technique. The data was subsequently examined using the Lisrel 8.70 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It can be concluded from the results that the rehabilitation officers for narcotics addicts at the Narcotics Penitentiary can create and improve proactive work behavior properly through the influence of proactive personality, supportive supervision, role breadth self-efficacy, and change orientation. The study may suggest new ways of working and generate new ideas to increase initiative, encourage feedback, and voice employee concerns. Furthermore, this research has the potential to pinpoint deficiencies in proactive work behavior, serving as a foundation for designing interventions or training programs. These initiatives aim to enhance the innovative and creative contributions of rehabilitation officers in the rehabilitation process.

This study was conducted to determine the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of correctional officers at the Super Maximum-Security Prison in Indonesia which is influenced by Transformational ...Leadership (TL) either directly or indirectly through Affective Organizational Commitment (AOC), Job Satisfaction (JS) and Job Self-Efficacy (JSE). This research was conducted on 224 prison officers as a sample size. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Robustness was built in two stages; the first stage was through a try out of research instruments and the second stage was through data collection which was done with the time lagged method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that triple mediation consisting of AOC, JS and JSE fully mediates the effect of TL on OCB. The novelty of this research lies in the role of triple mediation as the focuses of the study. Furthermore, the triple mediation has been proven to fully mediate the effect of TL on OCB thus may serve as empirical evidence that contribute to theoretical and practical developments in the fields of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.

This research attempts to examine the effect of transformational leadership (TL) on job satisfaction (JS) and job performance (JP) mediated by leader-member exchange (LMX) at all correctional ...officers in West Java. The quantitative method is adopted by conducting a questionnaire survey on all officers in the West Java area, with a total of 215 respondents. The questionnaire was done through the Google Forms platform and distributed in a time-lagged method. The sample of respondents who were interviewed was obtained through a purposive sampling technique, namely taking samples with certain considerations. The data in this study was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which was assisted by the AMOS program. The findings revealed that TL has a large impact on JS, JP, and LMX, whereas LMX has a significant impact on JS and JP. This study contributes to the literature by linking TL, LMX, JS, and JP. It examines and analyzes how and why TL and LMX can affect JS and JP.

Since March 2020, it is known that Indonesia has experienced the impact of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Pandemic, and making health workers at the forefront of potential exposure to the ...Covid-19 virus because they have to deal with Covid-19 patients every day during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to focus on developing an empirical model to increase job performance in the hospital to create the right quality of work and still make the organization grow well sustainably. This study will use assistance of quality of work life, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and psychological empowerment in creating an increase in job performance needed by nurses at the Type B Hospital in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through a questionnaire survey method conducted on nurses at 36 Type B Hospital in Jakarta, totalling 400 respondents. The sample used in this study was obtained through a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of a service period of more than 2 years. Then the data were analysed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Though quality of work life is found to significantly affect organizational commitment, job satisfaction and psychological empowerment, its effect on job performance found to be insignificant. Further findings will be discussed further.

Employee creativity is important for TV companies because it can improve organizational performance and increase success and survival based on the ability to create innovations. In response to this, ...field reporters who work for TV companies also need high creativity in facing the challenges of their work and in creating innovations. This research aims to test the roles of perceived organizational support, proactive personality, the meaning of work, and work engagement in affecting employee creativity. The total numbers of respondents were 119 selected from 14 private television companies in Indonesia. The method in this study is a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with the SmartPls 3.0 application. Most of the hypotheses of this study show significant results. However, there is one finding that a proactive personality is not able to strengthen employee creativity. This indicates that employees' behavior at work is sometimes different from the personality. This study is the first to look at news reporters' employee creativity using the suggested model. As a result, organizations can use the study's findings as a starting point to determine the best strategy for fostering creativity within their workforce.

Police reform in the Mobile Brigade Corps unit in Indonesia, which seeks to break away from militaristic elements, has not been fully implemented optimally. This is reflected in the lack of ...implementation of human values in serving the community. The extra effort of officers in encouraging community service based on human values can be realized through Organizational Citizenship Behavior which is not only directed at fellow officers, but also towards organizations in the context of community service. Based on Social Exchange Theory, this study aims to investigate the mechanism of strengthening Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the context of the Police Mobile Brigade Corps with the support of Empowering Leadership, Psychological Empowerment, and Job Satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, this study distributed online questionnaires to 395 Mobile Brigade Corps officers. Furthermore, this study analyzes the data using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. The test results show that Empowering Leadership can strengthen Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In addition, this study reveals the mediating role of Psychological Empowerment and Job Satisfaction in the influence of Empowering Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. With these findings, the Police Mobile Brigade Corps needs to improve the competence of officers through training and development efforts so that officers feel psychologically empowered and have job satisfaction. On the other hand, Mobile Brigade Corps needs to encourage leaders to provide opportunities for officers to participate in decision making and recognize their contributions to work.

This is an exploratory study that was conducted in 18 ...correctional institutions spread across 4 islands in Indonesia through virtual interviews and triangulation of sources and experts. This study uses health service standards of correctional institutions from WHO and Mandela Rules covering medical care, health protection, health promotion, and health resilience. The results of this study provide an overview of the success factors of health services in correctional institutions in Indonesia. The implementation of health services is following the standard although the management is adjusted to the resources and environment.

In today’s information-based economy, knowledge is considered as a critical and effective resource for assisting businesses in establishing departmental synergies, accelerating innovation, providing ...value to customers, and increasing revenue through market growth. Knowledge sharing behavior is defined as individual behavior that pertains to the exchange of information, experience, ideas, and skills with other individuals or groups of people inside an organization in order to enhance the company’s sustainability. The purpose of this study is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence of the factors that influence knowledge sharing behavior, which consists of intention to share knowledge, knowledge sharing self-efficacy and enjoyment in helping others by 297 middle managers in a bank setting. This research is an explanatory research that focuses on the causal relationship among variables. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey and were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) program. The results of this study show that knowledge sharing self-efficacy and enjoyment in helping others have positive and significant effect on intention to share knowledge. Furthermore, knowledge sharing self-efficacy, enjoyment in helping others and intention to share knowledge have positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior. The mediation role of intention to share knowledge is also proven to be significant.
