Penyuluh pertanian merupakan ujung tombak suksesnya pembangunan pertanian. Sejauh mana peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap produksi padi sawah petani adalah tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian menggunakan metode sampling sederhana, Data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara dan observasi terhadap 68 responden petani padi sawah,,kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluh berperan terhadap dinamika petani dalam memproduksi padi sawah. Penyuluh pertanian menunjukkan kinerja yang baik sebagai pembimbing maupun konsultan. Namun dalam hal penerapan teknologi belum mampu menggerakkan petani oleh karena kepemilikan lahan yang sempit. Demikian juga penyuluh sebagai organisator belum begitu berperan karena petani lebih mempercayakan ketua kelompok sebagai organisator. Dengan demikian dibutuhkan peningkatan peran penyuluh pertanian agar mencapai kategori baik atau sangat baik.
This study aims to determine the effect of fashion trends and promotions simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Sheika Hijab Stores. The influence of fashion trends and promotions partially on ...purchasing decisions at the Sheika Hijab Store. The method used in this research is analytical descriptive with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents to the Sheika Hijab Shop. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Based on data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test are processed to produce the regression equation as follows: Y = 1750.862 + 0.527 X1 + 0.436 X2. Simultaneously fashion trends and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with an fcount of 273.244 and a significance level of 0.000. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.849 or 84.9%. shows the influence of fashion trends and promotions on purchasing decisions and the remaining 15.1% is the influence of other variables outside the variables used in this study. Partially the fashion trend variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as the promotion variable partially having a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
Total production of the mangosteen fruit in Tasikmalaya Regency achieve 345 tons in 2017 (Department of Agriculture Kabupaten Tasikmalaya 2017). Mangosteen fruit from the city of Tasikmalaya has ...export market opportunities are quite large. Export demand is high resulting in farmers group Sinar Mustika made a new breakthrough by doing organic certification for mangosteen. This is done to increase the selling price and has the power market. The selling price of the mangosteen fruit from each marketing agencies have a range which is quite high. So the purpose of this research is to formulate a marketing strategy mangosteen tools through the concept of the marketing mix. The design of the marketing mix involves the internal and external conditions, farmers group Sinar Mustika. The method of analysis with AHP (Analitical Hierarchy Process) is used for research in determining which strategy to become a priority in the marketing activities of mangosteen. Stages of the research carried out among others 1) to collect marketing information mangosteen with through observation, survey, and interview. 2) gather information about the advantages and weaknesses of the marketing activities of mangosteen in Tasikmalaya Regency, 3) formulate a strategy for the development of mangosteen organic with AHP (Analitical Hierarchy Process). Marketing mangosteen organic has two marketing channels involve two distributors which is PT Java Fresh and PT Anugrah Lalang Buana. Every marketing actors involved do not make changes on mangosteen but marketing in the form of fresh mangosteen. According to the internal and external conditions, farmers group Sinar Mustika have the value of the X axis 0.58 and the Y-axis 0.22 is in quadrant 1. Shows the position of the group must continue to concentrate on the current market (market penetration and market development) and product. While alternative strategies beradasrkan AHP that farmer groups should do the strategy in improving the quality of post-harvest with the highest weight value 0.39. Therefore the group should cooperate with local authorities in the provision of resources in increasing the quality of the product and market development to be able to reduce the risk of mangosteen.
