Palm oil sectors in Indonesia have to faced critiques due to its compliance towards sustainability agenda. As the main palm oil producing country, Indonesia may lose its competitiveness since the ...global consumers demand more environmentally products . The two issues in terms of traceability are land legal clarity and the source of seeds. This study aims to examine the current stage of land legal clarity and the adoption of certified seeds of oil palm smallholders. A cross sectional study has been done across four palm oil producing regions in the western part of Aceh Province-Indonesia. The results show a significant consideration for future improvement as most of the smallholders’ land and oil palm seeds were lack of traceability. These findings imply that the government’s intervention is very urgent to accelerate the transformation of smallholders’ oil palm practices towards a global sustainability agenda.
Pesatnya perkembangan bisnis ini tentunya menjadi peluang bagus bagi para calon pengusaha. Namun di sisi lain memberikan tekanan pada perusahaan bagaimana agar produk yang dijual mampu menarik ...perhatian konsumen dan pembeli. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk dan atmosfir toko terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan kafe X di Kota Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Cafe X yang berkunjung ke cafe saat penelitian ini dilakukan (Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan yaitu teknik consumer intercept surveys dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PL. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan indikator yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam evaluasi adalah indikator kesigapan karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan pada konsumen. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan indikator yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam evaluasi adalah indikator tampilan makanan dan minuman yang disajikan. Atmosfir toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan indikator yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam evaluasi adalah indikator wangi dan aroma cafe. Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan indikator yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam evaluasi adalah indikator pengalaman pelayanan, dan sikap yang menunjukkan loyalitas adalah rekomendasi atau positife word of mouth.
Up to the present time, the utilization of the Village Fund in Indonesia has mainly focused on infrastructure development. Meanwhile, the Village Fund is allowed to support post-disaster recovery ...projects in rural communities; among other strategies, agricultural economic empowerment is the most preferable. This study aims to analyze village dependence on the Village Funds after the Pidie Jaya earthquake in 2016 and determine the factors affecting post-disaster agricultural economic empowerment in Pidie Jaya Regency, Aceh-Indonesia. A multi-stage interviews and field surveys were conducted by involving key persons related to the Village Fund implementation in Pidie Jaya Regency. The Village Budget annual data from 19 villages during 2015-2019 was analyzed and estimated using a panel data analysis. The results show that the villages' dependence level on the Village Fund is substantial, whereas the spending for agricultural economic empowerment projects was less significant. The Village Fund estimated variable has no significant impact on agricultural economic empowerment. This finding reveals a lack of priority for agricultural economic empowerment projects as one of the recovery strategies in the Pidie Jaya Regency after the earthquake in 2016.

The dairy farm in Indonesia are dominated by small-scale farms causing it is difficult to obtain access to market information and raises transaction costs in the provision of fodder, the production ...process and the sale of milk produced. However, transaction costs tend to be hidden and neglected by the farmer while it can affect the farm profit. The objective of this research was to analyze and calculate the transaction costs faced by dairy farmers, either explicit or implicit transaction costs, using Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA). This research was conducted at West Bandung District and classifying samples based on the scale and the membership in cooperative institutions. The explicit transaction cost include membership fee, the pulses, tips for paramedics, security costs, and sanitation cost of Cooperatives Service Location (TPK). The Implicit transaction cost include information cost due to the price differences of tofu and cassava pulp and the opportunity cost of time in obtaining of feed and marketing the milk. The implicit transaction costs that were payed by the farmer were higher than the explicit transaction cost. Information cost component had the highest proportion of total transaction cost with the percentage of 41.65% in cooperative members and 48.16% in non-cooperation members. The small-scale dairy farmers paid higher transaction cost because transaction cost was a fixed cost. Based on institutional, the transaction cost paid by the cooperation members was lower than that paid by the non-cooperation members even though the difference was not significant. The difference in transaction cost only IDR1.39/L for the farmer with ownership of 1-5 cows and IDR7.09/L for ownership of 6-10 cows.
Perkembangan Bisnis café yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan semakin ketatnya persaingan. Kondisi ini menuntut pelaku usaha untuk dapat bersaing dan menentukan strategi untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan ...konsumen. Pelaku usaha berusaha menciptakan store atmosphere yang unik dan nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 170 responden dan metode yang digunakan adalah PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikat terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Coklat Klasik Café and Garden Cabang Joyoagung.
