Agricultural products market changes constantly along with the thriving of e-commerce and agricultural products e-commerce keeps growing as an innovative industry; however, there are still many ...loopholes in the management of the supply chain from beginning to end. In order to effectively address these issues, this paper utilizes the dynamic requirement forecasting method based on SVM (support vector machine) to identify and fit the secular trend in and potential cyclical fluctuation factors for the market requirements for agricultural products. The supply chain coordination decision center is established by integrating the collaborative supply management component and other components. XML technology and CORBA technology are adopted to construct the integrated management model of agricultural products supply chain in e-commerce environment. For its relatively high management level, the model established can promote both agricultural consumption and agricultural economic output, strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises in agricultural products market and realize maximization of profit targets.
As a newly identified type of programmed cell death, cuproptosis may have an impact on cancer development, including clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Herein, we first noticed that the ...expression levels of cuproptosis regulators exhibited a tight correlation with the clinicopathological characteristics of ccRCC. The cuproptosis-sensitive sub-type (CSS), classified via consensus clustering analysis, harbored a higher overall survival rate compared to the cuproptosis-resistant sub-type (CRS), which may have resulted from the differential infiltration of immune cells. FDX1, the cuproptosis master regulator, was experimentally determined as a tumor suppressor in ccRCC cells by suppressing the cell growth and cell invasion of ACHN and OSRC-2 cells in a cuproptosis-dependent and -independent manner. The results from IHC staining also demonstrated that FDX1 expression was negatively correlated with ccRCC tumor initiation and progression. Furthermore, we identified the miR-21-5p/FDX1 axis in ccRCC and experimentally verified that miR-21-5p directly binds the 3'-UTR of FDX1 to mediate its degradation. Consequently, a miR-21-5p inhibitor suppressed the cell growth and cell invasion of ACHN and OSRC-2 cells, which could be compensated by FDX1 knockdown, reinforcing the functional linkage between miR-21-5p and FDX1 in ccRCC. Finally, we evaluated the ccRCC tumor microenvironment under the miR-21-5p/FDX1 axis and noted that this axis was strongly associated with the infiltration of immune cells such as CD4
T cells, Treg cells, and macrophages, suggesting that this signaling axis may alter microenvironmental components to drive ccRCC progression. Overall, this study constructed the miR-21-5p/FDX1 axis in ccRCC and analyzed its potential impact on the tumor microenvironment, providing valuable insights to improve current ccRCC management.

The Chinese government is dedicated to enhancing the level of informatization in administrative law enforcement to ensure fairness and increase credibility. Currently, law enforcement has exposed ...such problems as insufficient force, difficulties in collecting evidence, and low evidential power. These problems contradict the principles of rule of law and standardization. Many local governments have implemented advanced information technologies for urban administration and law enforcement, including big data, artificial intelligence, and IoT. Among these technologies, IoT is the core communication infrastructure for innovative law enforcement platforms. However, traditional video communications rely on batteries or dedicated power sources, leading to maintenance challenges and high power consumption. In this paper, we propose AT-Eye, a new video communication paradigm for all-time law enforcement video monitoring, which is battery-free and high-throughput. The key enabler of AT-Eye is ambient backscatter technology, which enables energy harvesting and video communication simultaneously. Unlike previous methods, our proposal introduces a novel CCK-based modulation for tag cameras and achieves 4-way concurrency. The modulation is simple because it uses phase difference and it is energy-efficient because generating square waves is adequate. Moreover, to ensure full compatibility with COTS WiFi, we modulate the physical service data unit. Therefore, data recovery is possible using only commercial NICs. We conduct comprehensive experiments to examine our proposal and experiment results show that AT-Eye achieves a throughput of 10.8 Mbps with COTS radios. We also simulate a 16-way battery-free tag camera system, demonstrating AT-Eye's feasibility of high-definition video communication.

Excessive iodine exposure can have detrimental effects on thyroid function and overall health. This study aimed to investigate the age-dependent association between high urinary iodine concentration ...(UIC) and major depression symptoms in adults, using data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 2007 to 2020. To perform stratified analysis by age, we utilized a rolling window method with a 15-year window width to examine the trend of the odds ratios (ORs) of UIC on depression symptoms with age. Full-factor and one-factor multinomial logistic regression models were employed to calculate the ORs, and violin plots were utilized to depict the ORs of UIC on major depression. The LASSO regression was applied to select variables for one-factor models. The bootstrap method was utilized to ensure the robustness of the results, and the Games-Howell test was applied to compare the differences in the bootstrapped ORs of different UIC groups. Our results indicate that, after age 46, the ORs of high UIC (≥ 300 μg/L) on major depression are significantly higher than those of normal UIC (100–199 μg/L). The bootstrapped ORs of high UIC on major depression calculated by the full-factor and one-factor multinomial logistic regression models are 1.9 (1.28, 2.82) and 1.42 (1.02, 1.93) among participants aged 46 and older, respectively. Based on these findings, we conclude that major depressive symptoms are significantly associated with high UIC among older individuals aged 46 and above.
•High UIC linked to increased risk of severe depression in individuals aged 46+.•Rolling window method suggests 46 years old as cutoff for UIC-depression association.•The bootstrap method ensures the robustness of the results.•Shiny APP shows age-dependent correlation for different window widths.

Due to the advantages of higher specific stiffness, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity, SiCp/Al ceramics are widely used in aerospace, automation, and other industries. As a novel machining ...method, ultrasonic vibration-assisted milling (UVAM) can efficiently perform the milling of difficult-to-machine materials such as SiCp/Al ceramics. In this study, the contact ratio model of tool-chip is established for UVAM. Based on the presented contact ratio model, the effect of processing parameters on the contact ratio is analyzed. The microscopic model of SiCp/Al ceramic is developed by FEM simulation, which takes into account the distribution of the reinforcement particles and the internal structure of SiCp/Al ceramic. According to the simulation results, the material removal mechanism of SiCp/Al ceramic is investigated. The theoretical and experimental analysis shows that the material removal of SiCp/Al ceramic mainly consists of plastic removal of the Al matrix, the fracture of the reinforcement phase, and the debonding of the interfacial phase. Since the effect of intermittent cutting, UVAM can effectively suppress the generation of surface defects compared to conventional milling.

Purpose The second dorsal metacarpal artery flap from the middle finger is a reconstructive technique that can be used to repair extensive volar defects in a normal-length thumb. However, few reports ...advocate using it for coverage of volar thumb defects. In this article, an anatomic study of 9 flaps used for resurfacing thumb defects is presented along with the clinical experience of the authors. Methods From 2004 to 2006, 9 patients (6 men and 3 women; mean age, 33 years; range, 18–51 years) with extensive volar defects of their normal-length thumbs had reconstruction using the described technique. In all cases, the first dorsal metacarpal artery flap technique was unable to be used because of injury. Donor sites were covered using full-thickness skin grafts. After surgery, the thumb was immobilized with a splint, followed by rehabilitation. During the follow-up period, which lasted 24 to 30 months, flap-site skin quality, scar contractures, and finger mobility were assessed. The range of motion of the hand was measured by a goniometer. Sensibility was evaluated by the 2-point discrimination test and the Semmes-Weinstein monofilament test. Cold intolerance was also assessed. Results Patient postoperative courses were uneventful, and all flaps survived completely without complication. Good coverage was obtained in all cases. Full active range of motion was observed in all patients in both the donor finger and the thumb. The mean Semmes-Weinstein sensitivity and 2-point discrimination scores of the flap were 4.02 g and 8.4 mm, respectively. Mild cold intolerance was observed in all of the thumbs. Conclusions The second dorsal metacarpal artery flap from the middle finger is a single-stage flap that produces good results. Although its pedicle length is limited, it is reliable and can be used as an alternative for reconstruction of extensive thumb-pulp defects, especially when the first dorsal metacarpal artery flap cannot be used. Type of study/level of evidence Therapeutic IV.

The transportation system has entered the era of 5G intelligent Internet of things (IoT), which can realize the comprehensive monitoring, perception, and intelligent decision-making of people, ...vehicles, roads, and the environment. The purpose is to solve the problems in the communication security of intelligent transportation system (ITS) and improve the vulnerability of traditional distributed architecture. The security issues of the Internet of vehicles (IoV) in 5G environment are analyzed from the perspective of big data. An access control mechanism based on risk prediction is proposed aiming at the problems existing in the node access control process. A Wasserstein Distance-based Combined Generative Adversarial Network (WCGAN) is proposed. It modifies the loss function to solve the gradient disappearance problem, and a combination of multiple generators is designed to solve the pattern collapse. The simulation experiment is carried out on the dataset of the intrusion detection evaluation project. The WCGAN model has the smallest prediction error than the other models regarding the node packet transmission rate. Its loss value is close to 0 after 10 iterations, while the loss value of the BP neural network (BPNN) is about 0.28. The prediction accuracy of the WCGAN model can reach 86.3% when the training set is 5000, which is much higher than that of BPNN (77.8%). The reason is that the WCGAN model increases the number of generators according to GAN, which improves the low accuracy caused by pattern collapse. The IoT-based ITS can implement corresponding strategies according to the prediction results and control the access rights of nodes, thus ensuring the security of information resources effectively. The research content reduces the communication delay under ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information in the process of data transmission, and provides a reference for ensuring the safe communication of IoV.
Sulfoquinovose (SQ) is one of the most abundant organosulfur compounds in the biosphere, and its biosynthesis and degradation can represent an important contribution to the sulfur cycle. To data, in ...marine environments, the microorganisms capable of metabolising SQ have remained unidentified and the sources of SQ are still uncertain. Herein, the marine Roseobacter clade bacteria (RCB) Dinoroseobacter shibae DFL 12 and Roseobacter denitrificans OCh 114 were found to grow using SQ as the sole source of carbon and energy. In the presence of SQ, we identified a set of highly up-regulated proteins encoded by gene clusters in these two organisms, of which four homologues to proteins in the SQ monooxygenase pathway of Agrobacterium fabrum C58 may confer the ability to metabolise SQ to these marine bacteria. The sulfite released from SQ desulfonation by FMN-dependent SQ monooxygenase (SmoC) may provide bacteria with reduced sulfur for assimilation, while proteins associated with sulfite production via assimilatory sulfate reduction were significantly down-regulated. Such SQ catabolic genes are restricted to a limited number of phylogenetically diverse bacterial taxa with the predominate genera belonging to the Roseobacter clade (Roseobacteraceae). Moreover, transcript analysis of Tara Oceans project and coastal Bohai Sea samples provided additional evidence for SQ metabolism by RCB. SQ was found to be widely distributed in marine phytoplankton and cyanobacteria with variable intracellular concentrations ranging from micromolar to millimolar levels, and the amounts of SQ on particulate organic matter in field samples were, on average, lower than that of dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP) by one order of magnitude. Together, the phototroph-derived SQ actively metabolised by RCB represents a previously unidentified link in the marine sulfur cycle.

AI-aided financial regulation (AIFR) is a practical and significant task, but current solutions have yet to be optimized with customized model designs. Given the privacy concerns surrounding ...financial data, we aim to employ neural architecture search (NAS) to help nonexpert end-users automatically design architectures. The genetic algorithm (GA)-based NAS stands out due to its relatively low hardware requirements and robust theoretical foundation. However, constrained by limited data, the model would undergo architecture search on a general regulatory dataset while being deployed on private one owned by each organization. The data distribution of the private dataset may vary from that of public datasets, giving rise to the challenge of data domain shift. To alleviate this problem, we propose a novel fitness evaluation method. When scoring the fitness, we take into account both the architecture's validation accuracy and its potential for generalization by the metric of loss landscape. In addition, we improve the training paradigm for evaluation, utilizing a prototype-based training paradigm based on embedding distances for classification, allowing for rapid domain adaptation and improving performance on the distribution-shift data. We further introduce GA-TextCNN, a GA-based NAS framework specifically designed for text recognition, enhancing its suitability for text data within AIFR tasks. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach, we collect two related datasets and evaluate our method on it. The extensive experiments demonstrate that our method significantly improves baseline models and is effective in solving the AIFR problem.
