Protocol recognition technology assumes a crucial position and exerts significant influence in the domains of network communication and information security. Existing protocol recognition methods ...based on spatio-temporal features cannot adequately and comprehensively extract protocol features. An application layer protocol recognition method incorporating SENet channel attention and Transformer is proposed. The model focuses on spatio- temporal feature extraction of protocol data, and the model consists of a spatial feature extraction module and a time extraction module. SE blocks are added to the residual network to capture the associations between multiple channels and adaptively assign weights, so as to extract the key space features in different channels. The temporal feature extraction module is constructed by stacking the transformer encoders based on multi-head attention mechanism. This module is used to comprehensively capture temporal features of the protocol data by directly leveraging the positiona
Pyrrolizidine alkaloids(PAs) are a group of naturally occurring alkaloids with a pyrrolizidine skeleton which can be found in about 3% of the world's flowering plants. It is notorious that PAs are ...cause the hepatoxic and genotoxic-carcinogenic effects by taking PA-containing herbs, food and dietary supplements. In order to control the poisoning caused by PAs, European Medicines Agency has set a limit of intake of PAs from herbal medicinal products at 0.007 μg of 1,2-unsaturated PAs/kg body weight. Nonetheless, a systematic overview of the amount of PAs in the herb has not been provided. Therefore, this paper is to systematically review the current status of PAs content analysis of herbal medicines and foods reported in the literature, and to provide theoretical and experimental support for the safety risk assessment and control of PAs in Chinese herbal medicines.
Objective To investigate the application of Legiolert enzyme-substrate method with mass spectrometry in direct quantitative detection and separation of Legionella pneumophila in environmental water ...samples. Methods Collection of 14 public places in Nanjing from July 2021 to November 2021, including hotels and restaurants, leisure centers and other centralized air conditioning cooling water 18, shower water 30 and other total 48 samples. Legiolert enzyme-substrate method was used to detect Legionella pneumophila in water samples, and the isolated cultured pure colonies were identified for serological typing with mass spectrometry and fluorescence quantitative PCR test. The detection rate of Legionella pneumophila was compared with that by traditional isolated and cultured method. Results The detection rates of Legionella pneumophila in 48 samples were 8.33% (4/48) by traditional method and 31.25% (15/48) by mass spectrometry and fluorescence quantitative PCR. There was a significantly difference in it between
The bone is a common site for metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, bone marrow metastasis from HCC is rarely reported, and its frequency is unclear. Here we report a rare case of ...bone marrow metastasis that presented as bicytopenia originating from HCC without bone metastasis. A 58-year-old man was admitted for investigation of a liver mass with extensive lymph node enlargement that was detected when examining his general weakness and weight loss. Laboratory findings revealed anemia, thrombocytopenia, mild elevated liver enzymes, normal prothrombin time percentage and high levels of tumor markers (α-fetoprotein and des-γ-carboxyprothrombin). Abdominal computed tomography showed multiple enhanced masses in the liver and multiple enlarged lymph nodes in the abdomen. A bone marrow biopsy revealed only a few normal hematopoietic cells and abundant tumor cells. Despite its rarity, bone marrow metastasis should always be suspected in HCC patients even if accompanied by cirrhosis.
DL-Homocysteic acid (DLH, (NH3 )-CH(COOH)-(CH2 )2-SO3-) is extensively in existence as free amino-acid in the central nervous system of mammal. The infrared (IR) and Raman spectra of DL-Homocysteic ...acid (DLH) and its La complex La (DLH)2Cl3 . H2O = LaL2 were measured at high external pressure. The DLH has two pressure-induced phase transitions (near 17 kbar and 37 kbar) and three pressure-phase areas below 50 kbar for there are ten intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the DLH molecules. But there is only one pressure-induced phase transition (near 27 kbar) to be observed in the complex LaL2. These show that the ten intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the DLH molecules changed due to the formation of complex LaL2. In infrared spectra, the changing trend of the pressure sensitivities (dv/dp) of symmetry stretching of SO3- in DLH and asymmetry stretching of SO3- in LaL2 are very different from the other vibrational modes when both compounds undergo high external pressure. In infrared spectra, the average pressur
Objective: To compare the structure, fabrication principle and clinical efficacy of Sander Ⅱ appliance and activator so as to understand the advantages of class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion of Sander Ⅱ ...appliance. Methods: We used materials of German extraordinary Sander Ⅱ appliance assembly, Shanghai Cambridge dental wire and Shanghai Bei Joan form gel to make Sander appliance and activator. The inclusion criteria were late mixed dentition or early permanent dentition; Angle class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion; functional, alveolar and bony patients; and deep overbite patients with deep overburden, angle or corner. The cases came from Department of Orthodontics, Stomatology Hospital of Xian Jiaotong University between 2008 and 2014. A total of 32 patients were included. In the experimental group 16 patients wore Sander Ⅱ appliance while another 16 in the control group wore the activator. Lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken before and after treatment, and X cephalometric method was used to analyze the X-ray
Objective To analyze characteristics of HBV S gene mutation in one patient with occult hepatitis B virus infection, who was positive for serum HBV DNA for long term, but negative for HBsAg in order ...to reveal the correlation between S gene mutation and development of OBI as well as the progression of the liver disease. Methods Four serum samples were collected at different time-points for the use of amplifying HBV S gene and performing cloning-sequencing. The representative S mutants were selected to construct recombinant vectors for phenotype analysis. Results Several S-gene mutational patterns were detected in the samples, including pre-S1 large fragment deletion, s126-127 "RPCMNCTI" insertion, sQ129N, s131-133 TSM→NST, and classical sG145R mutations. In sequential 4 samples, s131-133 TSM→NST mutation was detected in 0%, 26%, 59% and 74% of viral clones, respectively. The pre-S1 large fragment deletion was constantly found in the 4 serum samples, accounting for 26%, 17%, 15% and 21% of detected viral clones,
Experience Corps® (EC) is a high-commitment US volunteer program that brings older adults into public elementary schools to improve academic achievement of students. It is viewed as a health ...promotion program for the older volunteers. We evaluated the effects of the EC program on older adults’ health, using a quasi-experimental design. We included volunteers from 17 EC sites across the US. They were pre-tested before beginning their volunteer work and post-tested after two years of service. We compared changes over time between the EC participants (n = 167) and a matched comparison group of people from the US Health and Retirement Study (2004, 2006). We developed the comparison group by using the nearest available Mahalanobis metric matching within calipers combined with the boosted propensity scores of those participating in the EC. We corrected for clustering effects via survey regression analyses with robust standard errors and calculated adjusted post-test means of health outcomes, controlling for all covariates and the boosted propensity score of EC participants. We found that compared to the comparison group, the EC group reported fewer depressive symptoms and functional limitations after two years of participation in the program, and there was a statistical trend toward the EC group reporting less decline in self-rated health. Results of this study add to the evidence supporting high-intensity volunteering as a social model of health promotion for older adults.
