The objectives of this research are to understand, explain and improve Madrasah based Management Program (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP ...(Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic High School Jonggat sub-district. Instruments used were observation and deep interview technique. The results were that some weaknesses of programs in the effort of increasing teacher’s human resources that were not mastering learning model media (coul not operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need and low cost. Recommendations; it is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.

Design/Methodology/Approach: From a sample of 273 teachers from 305 Private Junior High Schools in Tangerang District, we tested the hypothesized model using structural equation models.
Findings: The main findings are as follows: Findings show that organizational justice and trust have a positive effect on teacher’s OCB and OCB is also positively related to trust.
Originality/value: The results of the study show that teachers could be engaged in organizational citizenship behavior when they perceive fairness of the equality, needs, rights of opinion, transparency, neutrality and acknowledging the same position of the organizational process.

The objective of this research is to study the effect of managerial skill and creativity on principals's decision making in Public Junior High School of Tangerang City and Regency. This research used ...survey method. The samples of this research were 60 persons selected randomly. Technique of data collection tools is using instrument in the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and path analysis in inferential statistics. The result of the research concluced that: managerial skill and creativity had direct effect on principal decision making of Public Junior High School. Therefore to improve principal decision making, managerial skill and creativity should be improved.
This study aims to determine the type of Herpetofauna that often appear in the area Cikamal and Cirengganis. This research was conducted in West Java precisely in Nature Tourism and Pangandaran ...Nature Reserve. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with field research approach (VES). Visual Encounter Survey (VES) along the river and river body. The data obtained is analyzed first with the calculation of the number and calculation of the percentage of research results. From the results of this study get 2 types of herpetofauna consisting of amphibians and reptiles. Amphibians consist of a type of frog and type of bangkong. While only the type of lizard reptile found in the two locations. Amphibians and reptiles are found: Type of frog (Fajervarya limnocharis, Rana chalconata, Microdiscus sp, Hylidae), type of bangkong (Microhyla achatina, Bufonidae) and Lizard Type (Spenomorphus sp).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis Herpetofauna yang sering muncul di daerah Cikamal dan Cirengganis. Sedangkan reptil hanya jenis kadal yang di temukan di dua lokasi tersebut. Amfibi dan reptil yang ditemukan yaitu: Jenis katak (Fajervarya limnocharis, Rana chalconata, Microdiscus sp, Hylidae), jenis bangkong (Microhyla achatina, Bufonidae) dan Jenis Kadal (Spenomorphus sp).
The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of trust and job satisfaction on teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Junior High School of Private Districts Tangerang. The ...research used survey method applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting used questionnaire. There were 273 teachers used as samples and selected by simple random sampling. For data analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to get more detailed results related to trust, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables. The result of the research indicated that 1) there was a direct positive effect of trust to teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 2) there was a direct positive effect of job satisfaction to teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior; and 3) there was a direct positive effect of trust to job satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational justice on the trust of Tangerang Regency private junior high school teachers. In the analysis will get more detailed results ...related to organizational justice variables with the indicators and trust with the indicators. This research used SEM (Structural Equition Model) method. Data collection technique used a questionnaire. The sample of this study involved 273 people through random proportional selection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling in inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that there was a direct effect of organizational justice on the confidence of Tangerang regency private junior high school teachers. The dominant indicators of organizational justice variables which contributed was neutrality at 18.26%, while the dominant trust variable which contributed was consistency at 23.71%.
This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between blood pressure with human blood glucose in Kebayoran Lama village. This study was Carried out to the residents of RW 03, ...the which consists of 9 RT in Kebayoran Lama South Village area. the simple random sample was taken (sample random sampling) by taking 30 votes from the citizens of RT 01 to RT 09. The method used is descriptive method qualitative correlation techniques. The independent variable (X) is the blood pressure and the dependent variable (Y) is the concentration of glucose in human blood. The data obtained were first Analyzed with normality test wearing Lilliefors test, then test the correlation coefficient and significance test of correlation coefficients. From the test results obtained normality for the independent variable correlation coefficient of variables X and Y are calculated by product moment correlation analysis, and obtained r xy = 0379. Next, calculate the coefficient significance by t-student obtained that = 2,168 (= 2:05) so the conclusion is that there is a relationship between blood pressure levels of glucose in human blood.
