Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kecemasan atlet Pencak Silat dalam Pekan Olahraga Raga Pelajar Daerah (POPDA). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ...adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Sport Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT). Subyek penelitian ini adalah atlet pencak silat yang mengikuti pertandingan dalam POPDA tingkat kota Salatiga yang berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan atlet dalam kategori rendah sebesar 30%, dalam kategori sedang sebesar 30%, dan kategori tinggi sebesar 40%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan atlet Pencak Silat POPDA sebagian besar (40%) berada dalam katagori tinggi.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi guru mata pelajaran terhadap pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMK Al-Mustaqim Susukan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ...deskriptif kuantitatif dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021 di SMK Al-Mustaqim Susukan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru mata pelajaran dengan jumlah 8 guru sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan semua jumlah populasi yaitu 8 guru. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan cukup baik mengenai persepsi guru teradap layanan bimbingan dan konseling, tetapi pada indikator pertama dan kedua yaitu indikator proses pengamatan terhadap BK dan proses pengolahan informasi tentang BK tentang pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling hasilnya menujukan sebagian besar guru mata pelajaran berada pada kategori buruk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru mata pelajaran terhadap pelaksanaan BK di sekolah pada indikator proses pengamatan terhadap BK sebesar 50% mengatakan sesuai, pada proses pengolahan informasi sebesar 25% mengatakan cukup sesuai, dan 37,5% mengatakan sesuai.
This study aimed to test the significance effect of self-concept on students’ interpersonal communication. Subjects in this reasearch were guidance and counseling students in Satwa Wacana Christian ...University, Salatiga. Analysis of data used simple regression to determine the effect of self-concept on students’ interpersonal communication. The results showed that Sig. = 0.012, which means that there was a significant relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication. Besides, the value of R Square or determination coefficient was 0.048, which means that self-concept has the contribution effect of a 4.8% on the student interpersonal communication, while the remaining 95.2% was influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-concept on students’ interpersonal communication.
AbstractThis study aimed to evaluate the implementation of an online school exam conducted at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga in the Academic Year of 2019/2020. This research type is a descriptive evaluation ...study employing the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research focused on conducting evaluation activities through four-component aspects: context, input, process, and product evaluation. The data were obtained from interviews and documentation studies. The subjects in this study were the participants and committees of the online school exam at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. The results revealed four aspects of the evaluation component. 1) In the online school exam implementation, the context has been based on a circular from the Minister of Education and Culture and the Office of Education and Culture of Central Java Province. 2) Inputs in the implementation of online school exams have been in accordance with the planning criteria, including online application preparation, school exam planning and schemes, network preparation, standard operating procedures (SOP), and committee test organizers. 3). The process of organizing online school exams went well, but there were technical problems experienced by school exam participants related to the internet network. 4). The product in carrying out online school exams was in a quite good category, indicated by the exam results that could be known in a relatively short time.
Consumptive behavior is often associated with a luxurious and excessive life and a pattern of life that is driven by a desire other than to seek pleasure and follow emerging trends. The factor ...influencing consumptive behavior is self-concept, where there are individual associations in a group that cause the desire to buy goods. This research method uses quantitative research methods using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The researcher conducted an instrumentation test, namely a self-concept questionnaire and a consumptive behavior questionnaire on Monday, October 3, 2021 at SWCU with 33 respondents who were randomly selected. Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of self-concept on the consumptive behavior of SWCU BK students class of 2019. This is evidenced by the R square value of 0.097 or 9.7%, which means that self-concept has an influence of 0.097 or 9.7% with consumptive behavior.
This quality report analysis was conducted to see the quality achievement of SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga in one year for School Health Efforts (UKS) in 2018. This research describes descriptively both ...qualitatively and quantitatively the results of the quality report card achievement. It was shown that the achievement score in the School Health Business Report Card (UKS) was 6.6 with the category of UKS 4. Referring to the results of the analysis of the description above, it showed that the achievement report had obtained the four-star category. Validation of the achievement of the School Health Effort report card (UKS) is needed to show the real condition of the school. The achievement of the four-star category is strongly influenced by two important factors in its implementation, namely: 1) the awareness of all school members to realize a healthy lifestyle; 2) the facilities and infrastructure support in realizing healthy living behavior.
This study aims to examine the effect of smartphone use on social interactions of adolescents at Salib Putih Salatiga Orphanage Foundation. This type of research is quantitative research. The ...sampling technique used was total sampling in order to obtain a sample of 42 teenagers as residents of the Salatiga Orphanage Foundation. The data used is in this study using primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire or questionnaire. This study uses simple regression analysis techniques and is processed with SPSS version 25 software. The simple linear regression test results show that the intensity of smartphone use has no effect on the social interactions of adolescents at the Salatiga Orphanage Foundation, this is evidenced by a significance level greater than 5% alpha, namely 0.590 > 0.05. Based on the Model Summary data in table 4.8, it can be seen that the value of the R Square is 0.007, which means 0.7%. So it can be concluded that the variable of smartphone use has an effect on social interaction by only 0.7%. and for 99.3% by other factors not described in this study. For this result because it is too small so it can be ignored.
Belanja online saat ini sedang digandrungi oleh masyarakat dari semua kalangan. Generasi muda saat ini cenderung lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu mereka untuk menjelajahi dunia maya dimana mereka suka ...mencoba hal baru termasuk belanja online. Dengan berbagai kemudahan yang ditawarkan para online shop membuat mahasiswa tertarik dan senang berbelanja online sehingga menimbulkan perilaku konsumtif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh media online shop pada instagram terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling UKSW. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan jenis inferensial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 127 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan bersadarkam teori dari normasari dan Sumartono. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa T hitung sebesar = 5,913 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 dan dk (derajat kebebasan) n-2 yaitu 127 – 2 = 125 dengan menggunakan uji dua pihak sehingga nilai T tabel = 1,653, karena nilai T hitung lebih besar dari T tabel (5,913>1,980) maka dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media online shop pada instagram sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa BK UKSW.
Adolescence is a transitional period, where the life patterns of adolescents undergo changes, including ways of behaving, associating, ways of thinking and various other patterns of life that ...characterize adolescents. Things that become a reference are adolescents who are unable to control themselves so that they lose control and fall into deviant behavior. This behavior disorder is known as juvenile delinquency. The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the various types of juvenile delinquency in Merak Rejo Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency (2) To identify the various factors affecting juvenile delinquency in Merak Rejo Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency and (3) To see the action conducted by the environment and agencies dealing with juvenile delinquency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that (1) the types of juvenile delinquency that were committed were speeding, recklessness, fighting, skipping school, drinking, leaving without saying goodbye, being noticed, asocial, watching porn and smoking, (2) The factors that influence juvenile delinquency are family conditions, community conditions, peers, social media, TV, lack of religious knowledge and low socioeconomic knowledge and (3) family, village heads, chairman of the neighborhood association, neighborhood chief, community leaders and religious leaders have done preventive measures, repressive measures and rehabilitation measures. The conclusion of this study is the results of the research conducted by the author in accordance with the research objectives. Suggestions from this study are (1) parents to guide and foster their children optimally and (2) agencies at the top to foster families and adolescents.
Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam hal pengelolaan dan pengembangan obyek wisata. Peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang ada didaerah kawasan ...wisata dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan potensi yang ada didaerah tersebut. Peningkatan sumber daya manusia dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan dan program. Oleh karena itu melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, melakukan pelatihan dan dan pendampingan kepada dua kelompok pemuda PERADAH dan pengelola bumi perkemahan dikawasan candi Cetho. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan para pemuda dalam pelayanan kepada para pengunjung kawasan candi Cetho dan meningkatan pengelolaan dan pengembangan bumi perkemahan. Hasil kegiatan peningkatan sumber daya manusia dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada dua kelompok pemuda PERADAH dan pengelola bumi perkemahan dengan fokus dan pokok materi tentang: Pelatihan komunikasi antar pribadi, Pelatihan manajemen kelompok, dan Pendampingan kelompok, bagi kelompok PERADAH. Sedangkan kepada kelompok pengelola bumi perkemahan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang: Pelatihan teknik memfasilitasi, Workshop pengembangan layanan bumi perkemahan, Pelatihan manajemen kelompok, dan Pendampingan kelompok.
