The Inherent inseparability of psychopathology and phenomenology is generally a known fact, established and popularised by Karl Jaspers in Allgemeine Psychopathologie. In the following paper, I will ...show the development of interdisciplinary methodology initiated by Jaspers, and discuss it by combining M. Merleau Ponty`s theory of embodiment, R. D. Laing`s existential-phenomenological approach, and T. Fuchs` concept of brain resonance and integral causality with the hermeneutical thoughts of Paul Ricœur regarding the notion of selfhood. The main thesis proposes that fusion of hermeneutics and phenomenology with psychiatry can play a significant methodological role in the approach to diagnosis and treatment of the psychotic disorders spectre, especially regarding the most complex yet inaccurately defined and evaluated mental disorder – schizophrenia. Due to the fundamental interpretative capacity of both disciplines regarding the understanding of the displacement (translocation) of subject, disembodiment, delusions and consciousness, I am considering them as a prerequisite for the effective expansion of psychiatric practice.
Within a dialogue with various authors, it seems that there can’t be just one universal reflection that allows us to comprehend the rising dynamism of new media. For example, Baudrillard declared the ...end of the traditional way of thinking about contemporary media and showed their role in the process of the endless simulation of truth. It has been shown that the contemporary world of media can be considered in dialogue with the philosophical tradition, and be evaluated in the phenomenological psychopathology (Fuchs) evaluation horizon. In this consideration, the notion of variation (Manovich), plays a key role in replacing the traditionally understood notion of mimesis. Artistic practice is precisely the main exemplar that shows the influence of new media on identity construction (simulated versions of personal identity), as well as the relationship between the artistic original and the copy. Although new digital media allows maintenance of desired (identity) simulations, its great potential is evident in enabling subjects to express their individuality, as well as in searching for new ways to improve their quality of life. This context opens a new problem, namely the one of avatar – a selected photo or image that defines the identity of entities present in the fields of the virtual agora (Baudrillard) and private chat rooms of the social media. Avatar`s function is being problematized by asking whether they represent the reduction and closure of the width of a person's beingness within the set image, or whether they facilitate and stimulate its realization by depriving them of the stress and discomfort that is caused by physical confrontation and intercourse with other persons in the living space. The given issue inevitably points to the problem of the general narcissism of our culture (Lasch), calling upon philosophical orientation to enter the discussion.

In this paper, I consider Patricius’s argument on integrality laid out in “Pampsychia”, least researched book belonging to Nova de universis philosophia (1591), in comparison with the notions, ...methodologies and pragmatic reach of the contemporary science of human psyche. I attempted to determine can the argument correspond to the methodological instrument of psychology or the relation is disjunctive, that is, in animosity. I emphasise Patricius’s reflection on the mind-centeredness of the soul while trying to point at the dynamic and dialectical character of the psyche phenomenon as the fundamental determinant of Patricius’s psycho-ontology and the importance of implementing philosophical reflection into the mental health system framework, as a precondition for the holistic, integrative approach to the problem.
U radu će se problematici narcističkog ophođenja pristupiti kroz evaluaciju na društvenoj, političkoj i psihijatrijsko-psihološkoj osi razmatranja. Etiološki, simptomatološki i prevencijski dijapazon ...narcističkog poremećaja ličnosti, prisutnog u DSM dijagnostičkom vodiču te u okvirima aktualne epohe obilježene »narcističkom kulturom«, dovest će se u vezu s poremećajima psihotičnog spektra, usmjeravanjem argumentacije na koncept dislokacije sebstva i halucinatornog tumačenja vlastite subjektivne pozicije u odnosu na mereološku konstelaciju objektiviteta. Navedeni par pragmatički će se usmjeravati spram problematike aktualne ekološke krize, uz tezu da narcistički i psihotični poremećaji nište integrativnost i pluriperspektivnost perceptivnog zahvaćanja kozmičkog ekvilibrija, što u pragmatičnom pogledu potencira razvoj i permanenciju moralnog nihilizma spram pristupa bioetičkoj raznovrsnosti te vrijednosti života per se, a kao proizvod polučuje destrukciju okoliša na raznim razinama – mikrorazini pojedinčeve psihe, mezorazini društvenog empatičkog senzibiliteta i makrorazini narušavanja ekološke ravnoteže.
Teza rada sažeta je u stavu da je načelni pristup problematici narcizma u nedovoljnoj mjeri artikuliran, definiran i sistematiziran, prije svega u odnosu na ugrožavanje života na raznim dimenzijama, a s naglaskom na psihijatrijsku, psihoanalitičku i sociofilozofsku misaonu i djelokružnu domenu te da je etiološki i dijagnostički doseg narcističkog poremećaja ličnosti, proizašao iz okvira psihijatrijskog dijagnostičkog priručnika DSM 5 u bitnoj mjeri oskudan i neprecizan, te iziskuje temeljitu metodološku reevaluciju, u svrhu čega adekvatnu orijentaciju nudi disciplina integrativna bioetika, i to prije svega u kontekstu transdisciplinarne impelmentacije bioetičkog senzibiliteta u okvire odgojno-obrazovnog sustava.
In this paper, the issues of narcissistic acting will be approached through an evaluation on sociological, political and psychiatric-psychological axis of consideration. The etiological, symptomatological and preventive spectrum of the narcissistic personality disorder, present in the DSM diagnostic manual and within the framework of the current epoch marked by “narcissistic culture”, will be linked to the spectrum of psychotic disorders, by directing arguments to the concept of dislocation of the self and the hallucinatory interpretation of one’s own subjective position to the relation with the mereological holistic constellation of the objectivity. The given couple will pragmatically be pointed to the problems of the current ecological crisis, with the thesis that the narcissistic and psychotic disorders are nihilating the integrativeness and pluriperspectivity of the perceptual grasping of a cosmic equilibrium, which in pragmatic perspective potentiate a development and the permanence of a moral nihilism towards the approach of bioethical diversity and the value of life per se, and as a product derives a destruction of the environment on the various levels.
The thesis is summarized in the stance that the general approach to the narcissism issues is insufficiently articulated, defined and systematized, above all in relation to life threatening on various dimensions, focusing on psychiatric, psychoanalytic and socio-philosophical thought and scope, and that etiological and the diagnostic reach of narcissistic personality disorder, derived from the psychiatric diagnostic manual DSM 5, is largely scant and imprecise, and requires a fundamental methodological re evaluation, for the purpose of which the adequate orientation is offered by the discipline of integrative bioethics.

Also, there will be a few words on the eros for the death and the "simulacrofilia" that fills a big part of the current world pores, and I will maintain to offer the (bio)ethical key to the evaluation and illumination of the given aporias. The problems of the dialectical relationship between the phenomena of life and death will be laid out in the plan of spatiality of the psychic field, and I will endeavour to elaborate it in an original, critical and coherent manner through the issues of consciousness and narcissism, using the reflections of Thomas Fuchs and Alfred North Whithead.

The paper discusses the presence and actuality of the philosophical, and therefore critical, thinking of the phenomena of psyche and psychiatry in the geo-historical space of the Republic of Croatia. ...Its methodological focus is on: representative authors, writings and initiatives relevant to the mentioned discourse, the presence of systematic education within the faculty curriculum, and the publishing activity focused on the issues of psyche. The focus will be on the relationship between philosophy and psyche/psychiatry in the historical mereological constellation, on its importance for the philosophy of psyche, as well as the categorically inseparable relationship between philosophy and the perception of psyche. The author introduces the thesis that the philosophy of psyche is an ideal thinking polygon upon which rudimentary philosophical disciplinary directions are intertwined, ranging from hermeneutics, phenomenology, ontology, epistemology, and logic, to social and political philosophy, the philosophy of existence, and ethics. As an ideal scientific-philosophical descriptor, I suggest the discipline of integrative bioethics, which I look at as a teleological bridge for combining these disciplines. The emphasis will be on the subject of life phenomena, which I look at in an analogy with the pre-Socratic semantics of Ψυχή (psukhe), as the dialectical synthesis of mind (nous) and body (soma).
Naslovna metafora semantički upućuje na fenomen puknuća istinosnih mreža pri procesu odašiljanja informacija putem medija, te na zabrinjavajuću potenciju razvoja doksastične matrice privida u odnosu ...na bitkovnu aletheiu koju mediji projiciraju spram jave bivstvujućih. Naime, tvrdim da se antroposna vrsta nalazi sred ere apriorno obilježene posvemašnjom relativnošću nužnosti zborenja istine. U makro-socijalnom kontekstu kao najevidentniju fenomenološku platformu i opravdavalačko prihvatilište navedene zabrinjavajuće etozacije primjećujem upravo masovne medije. Pitanja koja će biti pod temeljnim fokusom su: je li u sušti medijske igre raskrivanje istine ili pak, lapurlartističko širenje gomila informacija, te je li nam istina uopće potrebna za održavanje vrste? Kao analogon navedenome, uvodim primjer prijenosa neuronskih „atoma“, čija telosna jezgra putuje mozgom bez obzira na sadržinu kojom je ispunjena.
