The purpose of this study is to look into the role of internal audit (IA) in reducing the effects of creative accounting (CA) on financial statement reliability in Jordanian Islamic Banks. The ...research study used the survey methodology to examine the role of internal audit (including independence and objectivity, verifiability, professional care, and neutrality) to reduce the effects of CA on the reliability of financial statements in Jordanian Islamic Banks. The population consists of all practicing auditors in Jordanian Islamic Banks, with a sample of 100 practicing auditors chosen from the total population of 143 auditors using a simple random selection approach. The questionnaire was distributed to the internal auditors working in these banks. Moreover, the primary data were analyzed using the partial least squares (3.3.3) software. The results showed that there was a role for IA (including independence objectivity, verifiability, professional care, and impartiality) in limiting the effects of CA on the reliability of financial statements in Jordanian Islamic Banks.
In light of the function of Internal Auditing and its significance in assessing and ensuring the validity of data, information, reports, and high lists generated by the Accounting Information System ...and improving its credibility and dependability, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Internal Auditing (IA) and Accounting Information System (AIS) in Jordanian banks, with a focus on the mediator role of Organizational Commitment (OC). A cross-sectional survey method was used to collect data from a sample of employees who work in banks, including those who work in the internal audit department. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS V4.1. The study sample includes 193 employees who work in banks, including those who work in the internal audit department. Descriptive statistical methods, such as frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations, were employed to depict both the characteristics of the sample and the participants’ responses to the study items. The results indicate that IA has a positive relationship with AIS. Moreover, the results indicate that OC partially mediates the relationship between IA and AIS in Jordanian banks.
The aim of this study was to investigate and identify the influence of performance expectation, effort expectation, and perceived usefulness on the usage of electronic banking services by Jordanian ...bank customers. The study used a quantitative method, with questionnaires administered to Jordanian bank clients. The statistics support the association between performance expectation, effort expectation, perceived utility, and the usage of electronic banking services. This implies that these characteristics have a major influence on Jordanian bank customers' electronic banking services. The association between performance expectation and use of electronic banking services is the strongest, followed by effort expectation and use of electronic banking services, and the poorest between perceived usefulness and use of electronic banking services. Even the most tenuous association (perceived usefulness and use of electronic banking services) is statistically significant. These findings also imply that banks seeking to boost the usage of electronic banking services should concentrate on improving consumers' perceptions of performance and effort expectations, as well as perceived usefulness.
The aim of this study was to examine and determine the impact of electronic banking services on the use of technology by customers of conventional and Islamic banks in Jordan. For the current study, ...a random sample of 580 customers in Jordanian conventional and Islamic banks was selected using the quantitative research methodology, and in order to gather the necessary data, the study employed a survey questionnaire instrument that was developed based on the earlier relevant literature and studies. The results of this study showed that perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived utility (PU), simplicity of use (SU), and social influence (SI) all significantly affected the use of technology in Jordanian conventional and Islamic banks.
The goal of the current study is to determine how the internal control system (ICS) in Jordanian Islamic banks affects the link between the accounting information system (AIS) and employee ...performance (EP). The study’s target audience is actual Jordanian Islamic Bank workers, and a sample of 92 respondents, representing a response rate of about 70.22%, was selected from a total of 131 participants, themselves divided among 105 branches of Islamic Banks in Jordan. According to the data, there is a clear correlation between the AIS, which comprises information quality (IQ), system quality (SQ1), and service quality (SQ2), and the EP in Jordanian Islamic Banks, at a significance level of 0.00. Furthermore, it was demonstrated that the impact of the ICS on the relationship between AIS and EP in Jordanian Islamic banks was statistically significant.

Jordanian banks account for the bulk of the participants in the survey. A total of 115 people took part in the study. According to the conclusions of this study, communication technology networks have a statistically significant impact on the growth of Jordanian banks' improved AIS performance.
This study aims to investigate the role of financial accounting technology in improving customer relationship management (CRM) in Jordanian banks. The study used a questionnaire survey based on ...previous relevant literature to obtain the necessary data. Using a quantitative analysis method, a random sample of 113 employees working in Jordanian banks was selected. The bootstrapping method was used to investigate the connection between financial accounting technology and CRM. To comprehend the significance levels, the path coefficients, T-values, and p-values are the most typical outcomes in the structural model. The direct effects showed that financial accounting technology, including innovation, flexibility and transparency, had a significant positive effect on CRM. In line with the results, relying on financial accounting technology in banking transactions enables the creation of global electronic markets that contribute to economic growth, and banks' use of financial accounting technology can provide high-quality services for customers. The outcome of this study lays the groundwork for future research to advance the knowledge in this field.

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of internal audit in improving supply chain management in shipping companies, the questionnaire was used to suit the nature of this study. Also, the survey included 167 participants of these companies. The results indicated a statistically significant relationship between the internal audit (independence and objectivity of internal audit, efficiency of internal audit and internal audit quality) and supply chain management in shipping companies.
This study aimed to examine the relationship between corporate social responsibility accounting (CSRA) and supply chain management (SCM). A survey of 375 employees from Jordanian businesses was used ...to gather primary data. For the data collection method, a questionnaire was used. SPSS version 25 was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis. The results indicate that there is a statistically significant relationship at a significant level (α≤0.05) between the domains of corporate social responsibility accounting (CSRA) including human resource development HRD, Natural resources development NRD, improve quality product IQP, improve quality service IQS and supply chain management (SCM).

As a result, with the mediating function of cybersecurity, this study clarified the influence of strategic intelligence and asset management on boosting competitive advantage. A questionnaire was designed, and 300 questionnaires were collected out of 350 distributed to respondents working in Jordanian telecom companies. The study found a positive impact of both strategic intelligence and asset management on enhancing competitive advantage through the presence of the mediating role of cybersecurity.
