Abstract
Traditional virtual synchronous generators (VSG) control inverters. Inverter output frequency characteristic of the virtual inertia (J) and virtual damping (D) coefficient, and the virtual ...parameters need to be modified and adjusted according to the purpose. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a virtual parameter adaptive control strategy based on fuzzy control theory to adjust the frequency characteristics of VSG. MATLAB/Simulink is used to build a simulation model to verify the correctness of the proposed fuzzy control theory’s adaptive virtual parameter theory.
Background
Although adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT) is widely used to treat patients with Stage II/III colorectal cancer (CRC), administering ACT to specific patients remains a challenge. The decision to ...ACT requires an accurate assessment of recurrence risk and absolute treatment benefit. However, the traditional TNM staging system does not accurately assess a patient's individual risk of recurrence.
Methods
To identify recurrence risk‐related genetic factors for Stage II/III CRC patients after radical surgery, we conducted an analysis of whole‐exome sequencing of 47 patients with Stage II/III CRC who underwent radical surgery at five institutions. Patients were grouped into non‐recurrence group (NR, n = 24, recurrence‐free survival RFS > 5 years) and recurrence group (R, n = 23, RFS <2 years). The TCGA‐COAD/READ cohort was employed as the validation dataset.
Results
A recurrence‐predictive model (G8plus score) based on eight gene (CUL9, PCDHA12, HECTD3, DCX, SMARCA2, FAM193A, AATK, and SORCS2) mutations and tumor mutation burden/microsatellite instability (TMB/MSI) status was constructed, with 97.87% accuracy in our data and 100% negative predictive value in the TCGA‐COAD/READ cohort. For the TCGA‐COAD/READ cohort, the G8plus‐high group had better RFS (HR = 0.22, p = 0.024); the G8plus‐high tumors had significantly more infiltrated immune cell types, higher tertiary lymphoid structure signature scores, and higher immunological signature scores. The G8plus score was also a predict biomarker for immunotherapeutic in advanced CRC in the PUCH cohort.
Conclusions
In conclusion, the G8plus score is a powerful biomarker for predicting the risk of recurrence in patients with stage II/III CRC. It can be used to stratify patients who benefit from ACT and immunotherapy.

To investigate the treatment pattern and safety of tafluprost for glaucoma and ocular hypertension (OH) in clinical practice in China.
This post-marketing observational study included patients who ...received tafluprost to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) within 30d between September 2017 and March 2020 in 20 hospitals in China. Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) during tafluprost treatment and within 30d after the treatment were collected.
A total of 2544 patients were included in this study, of them 58.5% (1488/2544) had primary open angle glaucoma (POAG), 21.9% (556/2544) had OH and 19.7% (500/2544) used tafluprost for other reasons. Of 359 ADRs occurred in 10.1% (258/2544) patients, and no serious adverse event occurred. The most common ADR was conjunctival hyperemia (128 ADRs in 124 patients, 4.9%). Totally 1670 participants (65.6%) combined tafluprost with carbonic anhydrase inhibitors (CAIs; 37.1%, 620/1670), sympathomimetics (33.5%, 559/1670), β-blockers (33.2%, 555/1670), other prostaglandin analogs (PGAs; 15.6%, 260/1670) and other eye drops (15.1%, 253/1670). The highest incidence of conjunctival hyperemia was noted in patients who received tafluprost in combination with other PGAs (23 ADRs in 23 patients, 8.8%, 23/260) and the lowest was in combination with CAIs (16 ADRs in 16 patients, 2.6%, 16/620). Tafluprost was applied in primary angle-closure glaucoma (41.6%, 208/500), after glaucoma surgery (17.8%, 89/500) and after non-glaucoma surgery (15.8%, 79/500).
Tafluprost is safe for POAG and OH, and tolerable when combined with other eye drops and under various clinical circumstances.
In the doubly fed induction wind turbine system, when the rotor side converter adopts vector control, it needs complex coordinate rotation transformation, and depends on more motor parameters, and ...the dynamic performance is poor. In order to overcome these shortcomings, an indirect power control strategy for doubly fed induction generator is presented. Firstly, the mathematical model of doubly fed induction generator in two-phase rotor static ɑβ coordinate is established. On this basis, the influence of amplitude increment and phase increment of rotor flux winding on active and reactive power is analyzed. Then, the phase increment and amplitude increment are adjusted quickly to achieve the goal of fast tracking the given value. Finally, the simulation in MATLAB verifies that the control strategy can accurately track the active and reactive power.
Splitting strategy is very important for the safety and stability of grids. However, splitting can hardly be appropriately performed without the location of out-of-step center. Considering ...conventional out-of-step oscillation criteria are short of capability for locating out-of-step center, this paper discusses out-of-step oscillation from the perspective of energy and proposes a novel method to effectively locate it. At first, energy structure is briefly introduced, from which OEF (Oscillation Energy Flow) is derived. Through the study on OEF variation rules between out-of-step subsystems, OES (Oscillation Energy Singularity) is discovered. As a distinct characteristic only on out-of-step oscillation center, OES offers new thoughts on the capture of out-of-step oscillation center: because OES is quite intuitive and easy to capture, we can capture the location of out-of-step center by finding the location of OES. At last, simulation on real power grids case proves its effectiveness.
Accurate segmentation of breast masses plays a crucial role in computer-aided mammography screening systems. In this paper, an improved algorithm based on dynamic programming is proposed for breast ...mass segmentation. The key idea focuses on generating optimal weights of the components of local cost by particle swarm optimization algorithm, and searching the optimal path in a restricted region. The experimental results show the validity of the proposed algorithm compared to other methods.
