The high intrinsic catalytic activity of the Fe‐Nx single‐atom catalyst together with the uniquely mixed micro‐/macroporous membrane support positions such an electrode among the best‐known heteroatom‐based carbon anodes for hydrazine fuel cells. Combined with advanced characterization techniques, electrochemical probe experiments, and density functional theory calculation, the pyrrole‐type FeN4 structure is identified as the real catalytic site in HzOR.

Ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease, manifests with symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and mucopurulent feces. The long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) ANRIL exhibits significantly ...reduced expression in UC, yet its specific mechanism is unknown. This study revealed that ANRIL is involved in the progression of UC by inhibiting IL-6 and TNF-α via miR-191-5P/SATB1 axis. We found that in patients with UC, interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were significantly overexpressed in inflamed colon sites, whereas ANRIL was significantly under-expressed and associated with disease severity. The downregulation of ANRIL resulted in the increased expression of IL-6 and TNF-α in LPS-treated FHCs. ANRIL directly targeted miR-191-5p, thereby inhibiting its expression and augmenting SATB1 expression. Moreover, overexpression of miR-191-5p abolished ANRIL-mediated inhibition of IL-6 and TNF-α production. Dual luciferase reporter assays revealed the specific binding of miR-191-5p to ANRIL and SATB1. Furthermore, the downregulation of ANRIL promoted DSS-induced colitis in mice. Together, we provide evidence that ANRIL plays a critical role in regulating IL-6 and TNF-α expression in UC by modulating the miR-191-5p/SATB1 axis. Our study provides novel insights into progression and molecular therapeutic strategies in UC.

Navigation systems are crucial space detector components. Advancements in optical equipment have made the Celestial Navigation System (CNS) continually more accessible. Ephemeris error, however, ...limits the CNS navigation accuracy. This paper proposes an autonomous CNS equipped with an ephemeris error correction model. The model provides the navigation stars’ high-accuracy ephemeris information for navigation stars based on the coupled effects of the Earth’s nutation and precession; this allows for effective positioning and attitude determination of space detector. The navigation star ephemeris errors under the proposed method are significantly improved compared to the traditional Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) star catalog recorded on January 1, 2000. The proposed method also shows more accurate space detector attitude and positioning estimations compared to another existing ephemeris error correction method. The proposed method can be effectively applied to high-accuracy attitude and position estimation.

At present, methods of the navigation and the attitude measurements of projectile utilizing the magnetic fields are facing the interference from the BMF (background magnetic field). The principle and ...mathematical model of the BMF for the spinning projectile are been researched to realize the high accuracy measurement of the geomagnetic field on projectile. The composition and jamming mechanism of the projectile's BMF are derived with the Faraday electromagnetic induction theory. High precision compensation model of the geomagnetic measurement is established by synthesizing the magnetic sensor error model. Based on the idea of the error transfer, the attitude measuring errors caused by the BMF are analyzed and the error calculation formulas are given. On this basis, numerical simulation is conducted combining with projectile's flight rules. The results show that the influence of attitude angle measuring precisions caused by the background interference magnetic field are much bigger than the errors caused by the sensor noise and the established compensation model has obvious effect. Besides, the effective BMF compensation of geomagnetic measurements on the projectile must be conducted if the attitude angle measurement error is in requirements within ±1 °.
In this paper, the adaptive control problem of strict-feedback nonlinear systems with output constraints and input delay is studied. By using the auxiliary system to eliminate the effect of input ...delay. At the same time, the unknown nonlinear functions are effectively approximated by using neural network. It is explained by the theoretical analysis that the tracking error is asymptotically converging to zero and the constructed Barrier Lyapunov function (BLF) can ensure that the requirement of system output is not violated. Finally, simulation results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
In order to investigate the feasibility of sequential removal NO and SO2 using non-thermal plasma and adsorbent simultaneously, the removal of NO and SO2 from dry gas stream （NO/SO2/N2/O2） with very ...little O2 using non-thermal plasma was investigated using a coaxial dielectric barrier discharge. Comparative experiments were carried out in the dry gas stream with and without Ar respectively at O2 concentration of 0.1%. The results showed that NO could be removed remarkably and it would be enhanced in the presence of Ar in the dry gas stream. It seems that SO2 could not be removed unless there is Ar in the dry gas stream. The mechanism of removal of NO and SO2 in the dry gas stream was discussed.

The relatively poor dynamic response of current flexible strain gauges has prevented their wide adoption in portable electronics. In this work, we present a greatly improved flexible strain gauge, ...where one strip of Au nanoparticle （NP） monolayer assembled on a polyethylene terephthalate film is utilized as the active unit. The proposed flexible gauge is capable of responding to applied stimuli without detectable hysteresis via electron tunneling between adjacent nanoparticles within the Au NP monolayer. Based on experimental quantification of the time and frequency domain dependence of the electrical resistance of the proposed strain gauge, acoustic vibrations in the frequency range of 1 to 20,000 Hz could be reliably detected. In addition to being used to measure musical tone, audible speech, and creature vocalization, as demonstrated in this study, the ultrafast dynamic response of this flexible strain gauge can be used in a wide range of applications, including miniaturized vibratory sensors, safe entrance guard management systems, and ultrasensitive pressure sensors.
