Very few organizations are not aware of the importance of information security, even though information security is important to the running of an organization. Dinas Kependudukan XYZ faces a number ...of information security threats from various sources. Every security threat such as information theft, fraud, vandalism, and computer hacking will affect the organization. This research uses the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 framework as a method for. analyze risks. The risk value calculation uses the FMEA method which is integrated with the fuzzy method to determine the risk level of information security threats based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013. The research results are in the form of a risk processing report containing a list of risk priorities and control plans according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard. The information security risk priorities obtained in this research were 13 very high priority and 10 high priority. This proves that the organization has not complied with standard security/information procedures so it needs to document security policies based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013 to provide a sense of security and increase trust in the public.
Purpose. This research aims to analyze the level of economic efficiency of cassava farming and the determinants that affect the efficiency level in the Wonogiri Regency, Indonesia.
Methodology / ...approach. The research location was determined using the stratified random sampling method, and three sub-districts were selected in Wonogiri Regency, namely Ngadirojo, Jatiroto, and Puhpelem. Furthermore, this research used a random sampling method with respondents of 74 monoculture cassava farmers. The analysis method was the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach to analyze the economic efficiency of cassava farming and Tobit regression to analyze the determinants that affected it. Furthermore, primary data was obtained from respondents through interviews, and secondary data as a complement was obtained from relevant agencies.
Results. This research showed that the level of economic efficiency (EE) of cassava farming in the Wonogiri Regency was 68.3 %. From the results of economic efficiency, there was an opportunity to improve efficiency by reducing input inefficiency by 13.1 % and minimizing input costs by 21.1 %. The determinants of factors that affected cassava farming were considered from the socio-economic factors, namely experience, educational level, and participation of farmers in farmer groups.
Originality / scientific novelty. Studies on the effectiveness of cassava have never been conducted in Central Java, even though Central Java is one of the three centers of cassava production in Indonesia. The efficiency of farming cassava in this research was not only considered from the technical side but also from the allocative and economic side, as well as the socio-economic character of the farmer’s environment. This research analyzed the efficiency of cassava farming with a nonparametric approach, namely Data Envelopment Analysis. Usually, efficiency research is approached with parametric analysis, namely production function analysis with Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA).
Practical value / implications. It is recommended to use optimal inputs, especially seeds and fertilizers, which can be applied in cassava farming to reduce inefficiency. The need for fertilizer is related to the land’s condition, where the land in Wonogiri Regency has a steep slope, making it prone to erosion and sedimentation. Then, it affects the decline of the soil layer and the need for fertilizer. The role of the government is required because it is necessary to facilitate access to farmers and provide information about input use.
Preeclampsia (PE) is a health problem that often occurs during pregnancy. Pregnant women with preeclampsia are at risk for premature delivery, babies born with LBW, and increased maternal and infant ...mortality. This study aimed to measure the effect of physical activity and iron and folic acid intake on the risk of preeclampsia in pregnant women. A cross-sectional study was conducted in the Tangerang Regency in July 2022. 130 pregnant women aged ≥ 20 weeks were obtained using multistage sampling. Data were collected using the SQ-FFQ (the Semi-quantitative Food Frequency) Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) and Physical Activity using a validated PAL (physical activity level) questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Spearman’s rank and Multiple Linear Regression tests. Results: There was an association between iron and folic acid micronutrient intake and preeclampsia incidence in pregnant women (p<0,05). Furthermore, simultaneous physical activity and iron and folic acid intake increased the risk of preeclampsia in pregnant women (p<0,05) by 10,7%. In conclusion, lack of physical activity and consumption of nutritious foods, especially those containing iron and folic acid, can increase the risk of preeclampsia during pregnancy.

The application of sharia principles in banking, which does not involve the elements of interest (riba), betting (qimar), and uncertainty (gharar) is unique and draws attention, resulting in an ...increase in popularity of this type of banking. Financing products have also emerged with a variety of services. Although Islamic banking does not involve those three elements, it is still faced with the risk of disbursed financing. This issue is important to observe considering its relationship with growth and competitiveness in the banking industry. Credit risk that arises can be caused by two factors, including unsystematic and systematic factors or those that cannot be eliminated or controlled. Several previous studies have described the elements that can put a bank’s credit at risk, particularly in the case of Islamic banking. Therefore, this research using a literature study aimed to classify factors that can indicate credit risk, both systematic and unsystematic in Islamic banking.
The objective of this research is to create an automated irrigation system using two threshold method for rice farming in the Jorolot irrigation area, Cimahi City, West Java Province, Indonesia, ...which addresses the problem of fluctuating water supply. This issue includes water deficits during the dry season, which threatens rice growth, and excess water during the rainy season, leading to flooding and crop destruction. The method used includes one-dimensional hydraulic modeling of irrigation channels to determine two threshold of channel water level elevation, as well as water availability quantification based on flood, normal, and dry clusters. Furthermore, the system's design involved utilizing the Decision Supporting System (DSS) data communication to monitor and respond to dry or flood events in real time, thereby increasing the system's overall performance. The Jorolot irrigation area, which covers 15.5 hectares, sources its water from the Jorolot Dam, with a primary channel length of 1135 m and a secondary channel length of 536 m. The results showed that the water level in the primary canal for normal conditions is 0.1 m<Ynp<0.6 m. Additionally, the proposed system, which allows for real-time water supply monitoring, can increase rice production from two to three harvests per year.

Brassinosteroids (BRs) are plant hormones involved in various growth and developmental processes. The BR signaling system is well established in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) and rice (Oryza ...sativa) but poorly understood in maize (Zea mays). BRASSINOSTEROID INSENSITIVE1 (BRI1) is a BR receptor, and database searches and additional genomic sequencing identified five maize homologs including duplicate copies of BRI1 itself. RNA interference (RNAi) using the extracellular coding region of a maizezmbri1complementary DNA knocked down the expression of all five homologs. Decreased response to exogenously applied brassinolide and altered BR marker gene expression demonstrate thatzmbri1-RNAi transgenic lines have compromised BR signaling.zmbri1-RNAi plants showed dwarf stature due to shortened internodes, with upper internodes most strongly affected. Leaves ofzmbri1-RNAi plants are dark green, upright, and twisted, with decreased auricle formation. Kinematic analysis showed that decreased cell division and cell elongation both contributed to the shortened leaves. A BRASSINOSTEROID INSENSITIVE1-ETHYL METHANESULFONATE-SUPPRESSOR1-yellow fluorescent protein (BES1-YFP) transgenic line was developed that showed BR-inducible BES1-YFP accumulation in the nucleus, which was decreased inzmbri1-RNAi. Expression of the BES1-YFP reporter was strong in the auricle region of developing leaves, suggesting that localized BR signaling is involved in promoting auricle development, consistent with thezmbri1-RNAi phenotype. The blade-sheath boundary disruption, shorter ligule, and disrupted auricle morphology of RNAi lines resemble KNOTTED1-LIKE HOMEOBOX (KNOX) mutants, consistent with a mechanistic connection between KNOX genes and BR signaling.
