Consumers are becoming increasingly receptive to online shopping as a result of this convenience; the E-commerce model demonstrates great modern business value. With its convenient and quick characteristics, online shopping has become fashionable and trendy; however, the popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of E-commerce has resulted in information overload, making it difficult for users to find the goods they require among a vast amount of product information. As a result, the E-commerce recommendation system was born. However, there is currently very little in-depth research on personalized recommendation technology in the field of o2o E-commerce, and most existing recommendation algorithms need to be improved in terms of accuracy and recommendation efficiency.
Probes allowing high‐contrast discrimination of cancer cells and effective retention are powerful tools for the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer. However, conventional small‐molecule probes ...often show limited performance in both aspects. Herein, we report an ingenious molecular engineering strategy for tuning the cellular uptake and retention of rhodamine dyes. Introduction of polar aminoethyl leads to the increased brightness and reduced cellular uptake of dyes, and this change can be reversed by amino acetylation. Moreover, these modifications allow cancer cells to take up more dyes than normal cells (16‐fold) through active transport. Specifically, we further improve the signal contrast (56‐fold) between cancer and normal cells by constructing activatable probes and confirm that the released fluorophore can remain in cancer cells with extended time, enabling long‐term and specific tumor imaging.
The present work reports a strategy involving the introduction of a polar aminoalkyl group into asymmetric rhodamine, which aids in regulating the cellular uptake, intracellular retention, and brightness of dyes to efficiently discriminate cancer cells from normal cells. The novel NYL2 dye can serve as an effective platform to engineer various activatable fluorescent probes for high‐contrast imaging of cancer cells.

Russia is typical of the extensive economic development pattern. Its economic growth greatly relies on natural resources, especially fossil fuels, which can lead to large quantities of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. In this study, which is based on the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories, we systematically estimated the economy-related GHG emissions in Russia over the period of 1998–2013 in terms of energy consumption emissions, industrial process emissions, animal husbandry emissions, and fugitive emissions. The proportion and variations in the different emission categories were analyzed in the Russian context. The inverted U-shaped relationship between the GDP per capita and economy-related GHG emissions per capita was tested, and the results supported the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis under a business-as-usual scenario. Our estimation indicated that Russia will reach its turning point in 10years if its economic growth rate remains stable. Since optimizing the energy structure and improving the energy efficiency and changing industrial structure will have a positive effect on GHG emission reduction in Russia, the Russian government needs to guide its economic development to reach its EKC turning point through the implementation of effective policies, instead of waiting for the turning point. This study analyzed the impact of the economic development on GHG emissions in Russia and will serve as a reference for countries and regions that are at this stage of the economic transformation process.

A robust laser measurement system (LMS), consisting of a sensor head and a detecting part, for simultaneously measuring five-degree-of-freedom (five-DOF) error motions of linear stages, is proposed ...and characterized. For the purpose of long-travel measurement, all possible error sources that would affect the measurement accuracy are considered. This LMS not only integrates the merits of error compensations for the laser beam drift, beam spot variation, detector sensitivity variation, and non-parallelism of dual-beam that have been resolved by the author's group before, but also eliminates the crosstalk errors among five-DOF error motions in this study. The feasibility and effectiveness of the designed LMS and modified measurement model are experimentally verified using a laboratory-built prototype. The experimental results show that the designed LSM has the capability of simultaneously measuring the five-DOF error motions of a linear stage up to one-meter travel with a linear error accuracy in sub-micrometer and an angular error accuracy in sub-arcsecond after compensation.

The cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) exhibits extensive variations in fruit size and shape. Fruit length is an important agronomic and domesticated trait controlled by quantitative trait loci (QTLs). ...Nonetheless, the underlying molecular and genetic mechanisms that determine cucumber fruit length remain unclear. QTL-seq is an efficient strategy for QTL identification that takes advantage of bulked-segregant analysis (BSA) and next-generation sequencing (NGS). In the present study, we conducted QTL mapping and QTL-seq of cucumber fruit length. QTL mapping identified 8 QTLs for immature and mature fruit length. A major-effect QTL fl3.2, which explained a maximum of 38.87% of the phenotypic variation, was detected. A genome-wide comparison of SNP profiles between two DNA bulks identified 6 QTLs for ovary length. QTLs ovl3.1 and ovl3.2 both had major effects on ovary length with a △ (SNP-index) of 0.80 (P < 0.01) and 0.74 (P < 0.01), respectively. Quantitative RT-PCR of fruit size-related homologous genes localized in the consensus QTL FL3.2 was conducted. Four candidate genes exhibited increased expression levels in long fruit genotypes. Our results demonstrated the power of the QTL-seq method in rapid QTL detection and provided reliable QTL regions for fine mapping of fruit length-related loci and for identifying candidate genes.

J-aggregation, an effective strategy to extend wavelength, has been considered as a promising method for constructing NIR-II fluorophores. However, due to weak intermolecular interactions, ...conventional J-aggregates are easily decomposed into monomers in the biological environment. Although adding external carriers could help conventional J-aggregates stabilize, such methods still suffer from high-concentration dependence and are unsuitable for activatable probes design. Besides, these carriers-assisted nanoparticles are risky of disassembly in lipophilic environment. Herein, by fusing the precipitated dye (HPQ) which has orderly self-assembly structure, onto simple hemi-cyanine conjugated system, we construct a series of activatable, high-stability NIR-II-J-aggregates which overcome conventional J-aggregates carrier's dependence and could in situ self-assembly in vivo. Further, we employ the NIR-II-J-aggregates probe HPQ-Zzh-B to achieve the long-term in situ imaging of tumor and precise tumor resection by NIR-II imaging navigation for reducing lung metastasis. We believe this strategy will advance the development of controllable NIR-II-J-aggregates and precise bioimaging in vivo.
The effective Hamiltonian method has recently received considerable attention due to its power to deal with finite-temperature problems and large-scale systems. In this work, we put forward a machine ...learning (ML) approach to generate realistic effective Hamiltonians. In order to find out the important interactions among many possible terms, we propose some new techniques. In particular, we suggest a new criterion to select models with less parameters using a penalty factor instead of the commonly-adopted additional penalty term, and we improve the efficiency of variable selection algorithms by estimating the importance of each possible parameter by its relative uncertainty and the error induced in the parameter reduction. We also employ a testing set and optionally a validation set to help prevent over-fitting problems. To verify the reliability and usefulness of our approach, we take two-dimensional MnO and three-dimensional TbMnO3 as examples. In the case of TbMnO3, our approach not only reproduces the known results that the Heisenberg, biquadratic, and ring exchange interactions are the major spin interactions, but also finds out that the next most important spin interactions are three-body fourth-order interactions. In both cases, we obtain effective spin Hamiltonians with high fitting accuracy. These tests suggest that our ML approach is powerful for identifying the effective spin Hamiltonians. Our ML approach is general so that it can be adopted to construct other effective Hamiltonians.
Microsatellite instability (MSI) is a common genomic alteration in colorectal cancer, endometrial carcinoma, and other solid tumors. MSI is characterized by a high degree of polymorphism in ...microsatellite lengths owing to the deficiency in the mismatch repair system. Based on the degree, MSI can be classified as microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) and microsatellite stable (MSS). MSI is a predictive biomarker for immunotherapy efficacy in advanced/metastatic solid tumors, especially in colorectal cancer patients. Several computational approaches based on target panel sequencing data have been used to detect MSI; however, they are considerably affected by the sequencing depth and panel size.
We developed MSIFinder, a python package for automatic MSI classification, using random forest classifier (RFC)-based genome sequencing, which is a machine learning technology. We included 19 MSI-H and 25 MSS samples as training sets. First, we selected 54 feature markers from the training sets, built an RFC model, and validated the classifier using a test set comprising 21 MSI-H and 379 MSS samples. With this test set, MSIFinder achieved a sensitivity (recall) of 1.0, a specificity of 0.997, an accuracy of 0.998, a positive predictive value of 0.954, an F1 score of 0.977, and an area under the curve of 0.999. To further verify the robustness and effectiveness of the model, we used a prospective cohort consisting of 18 MSI-H samples and 122 MSS samples. MSIFinder achieved a sensitivity (recall) of 1.0 and a specificity of 1.0. We discovered that MSIFinder is less affected by a low sequencing depth and can achieve a concordance of 0.993 while exhibiting a sequencing depth of 100×. Furthermore, we realized that MSIFinder is less affected by the panel size and can achieve a concordance of 0.99 when the panel size is 0.5 M (million bases).
These results indicate that MSIFinder is a robust and effective MSI classification tool that can provide reliable MSI detection for scientific and clinical purposes.

The Mg-12Gd-2Er-0.4Zr (GE122K) is fabricated by double extrusion, and the effects of grain refinement and precipitate evolution on the mechanical performance of the extruded alloys are deeply ...analyzed. Scanning electron microscope results spectacle that some bulky precipitates in the single extruded alloy are fragmented to fine precipitates during double extrusion and distribute linearly along the extrusion direction (ED). The fine precipitates exhibit the strongest dispersion strengthening effect, whereas the bulky precipitates act as crack resources and decrease the elongation. After double extrusion, a refined grain structure with an average grain size of 2.7 µm is achieved, which is attributed to dynamic recrystallization (DRX). Moreover, double extrusion boosts the content of rare-earth elements into the matrix by dissolving the fine precipitates. During aging, extensive β′ precipitates form in the double extruded alloy than in the single extrude alloy. As a result, refined grains and strong precipitation strengthening make a significant contribution to a high yield strength (YS) of 422 ± 1.59 MPa with an elongation (EL) of 6.5 ± 0.89% in the double extruded+peak-aged alloy (ACX2). The possible strengthening mechanisms are discussed, and it is found that grain refinement and precipitate strengthening are the main contributors to the high strength of the GE122K alloy.
