In order to solve the problems of small signal acquisition range and poor acquisition accuracy of the existing multichannel acquisition system, a multisensor energy data fusion transformer ...acquisition system simulation method based on FPGA is proposed, and key hardware functions are designed and implemented. The system uses FPGA to control the core logic, synchronously collects and controls the energy data of the CCD camera and the laser rangefinder, organizes and uses an external large-capacity SDRAM group for buffering, and uses a dedicated PCI interface chip PLX9656 to achieve high-speed data transmission. Two pieces of sensor energy data and PCI bus energy data are stored in real time using a large-capacity disk array composed of multiple SATA hard disks. The function and performance of the energy data acquisition and storage system were tested. After the actual system test, the experimental results show that the transmission speed of the system through the PCI bus exceeds 200 MB/s, the writing speed of the continuous disk array is 240 MB/s, and the real-time acquisition and recording speed is 100 MB/ss. Conclusion. The system effectively solves the problems of high-speed data acquisition and storage and large capacity data transmission of key sensor nodes.

This study aims to analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the postoperative pain, complications, and psychological pressure of otolaryngology patients.A total of 300 ...otolaryngology patients in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups using the random number table: control group (n = 150), patients were given routine nursing; experimental group (n = 150), patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention. Postoperative pain, complications, and psychological pressure between the 2 groups were analyzed.Residual pain in the experimental group at 3 months after the operation was lower than that in the control group (P < .05). The postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < .05). The acute psychological pressure score and the psychological pressure self-test score in the experimental group were both lower than that in the control group (P < .05).Comprehensive nursing intervention for otolaryngology patients was associated to relieving pain after the operation and psychological pressure of patients in the short and long term. Besides, comprehensive nursing intervention for otolaryngology patients was associated with a lower risk of complications.
To observe and analyze the nursing effect of primary liver cancer before and after transcatheter arterial embolization. The 200 patients with advanced primary liver cancer who had been treated in the ...Second People's Hospital of Huai'an were selected as research objects. All of them were applied with transcatheter arterial embolization. During perioperative period, nursing work was carried out for patients and the patients were explained with the method, purpose, results and cautions about the treatment; moreover, psychological nursing intervention, dietary intervention, auxiliary examination were performed. The postoperative puncture site and operative limb situations were observed and recorded for medication guidance. All patients were well treated. Adverse reactions after treatment mainly included liver area pain, digestive tract reaction, fever, which were relatively mild and effectively improved with timely medical measures, with no severe complications being left. Comparison of quality of life score and mental status score before and after nursing showed significant difference, p<0.05. To guarantee a smooth and successful implementation of transcatheter arterial embolization for patients with primary liver cancer, the key is to develop a scientific and comprehensive nursing mode to improve curative effect.
Abstract
Purpose: Imbalance in the production of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), which plays an essential role in retinal vascular function, can lead to the development of diabetic ...retinopathy (DR). To thoroughly address this issue, we performed an updated meta-analysis to evaluate the association between the eNOS 27VNTR (4b/4a) polymorphism and DR in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
Methods: A search was conducted of PubMed and Chinese language (WanFang) databases through 3 March 2013. Data were retrieved in a systematic manner and analyzed using Stata Statistical Software. Crude odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were used to assess the strength of associations.
Results: Based on the search criteria for DR susceptibility related to the 27VNTR (4b/4a) polymorphism of the eNOS gene, 16 case-control studies (15 articles), comprising 3227 T2DM patients with DR and 3437 T2DM patients without DR, were retrieved. Although no significant associations were uncovered in either the overall analysis or DR subtype groups, a decreased association was detected between the African- (allelic contrast: OR = 0.75, 95% CI = 0.65-0.88) or population-based (PB) studies (dominant genetic model: OR = 0.91, 95% CI = 0.83-0.98) and the eNOS 27VNTR (4b/4a) polymorphism. Stratification according to average duration of DM revealed that T2DM patients with histories of >10 years had an elevated susceptibility to DR compared with those with histories of shorter durations (homozygote comparison: OR = 1.67, 95% CI = 1.09-2.58).
Conclusions: The present meta-analysis suggests that the eNOS 27VNTR (4b/4a) polymorphism potentially decreases the risk of developing DR in T2DM African individuals. The higher degree of susceptibility in patients with longer (>10 years) durations of DM is indicative of the involvement of a gene-environment interaction in determining the risk for DR. Further studies, based on larger sample sizes and additional gene-environment interactions, should be conducted to elucidate the role of eNOS gene polymorphisms, especially 27VNTR (4b/4a), in the risk for DR.

Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive and life-threatening brain tumor, characterized by its highly malignant and recurrent nature. DNA damage-regulated autophagy modulator 1 (DRAM-1) is a p53 ...target gene encoding a lysosomal protein that induces macro-autophagy and damage-induced programmed cell death in tumor growth. However, the precise mechanisms underlying how DRAM-1 affects tumor cell proliferation through regulation of lysosomal function and autophagic flux stability remain incompletely understood. We found that DRAM-1 expressions were evidently down-regulated in high-grade glioma and recurrent GBM tissues. The upregulation of DRAM-1 could increase mortality of primary cultured GBM cells. TEM analysis revealed an augmented accumulation of aberrant lysosomes in DRAM-1-overexpressing GBM cells. The assay for lysosomal pH and stability also demonstrated decreasing lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP) and impaired lysosomal acidity. Further research revealed the detrimental impact of lysosomal dysfunction, which impaired the autophagic flux stability and ultimately led to GBM cell death. Moreover, downregulation of mTOR phosphorylation was observed in GBM cells following upregulation of DRAM-1. In vivo and in vitro experiments additionally illustrated that the mTOR inhibitor rapamycin increased GBM cell mortality and exhibited an enhanced antitumor effect.

Tris(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline)-ruthenium(II) (Rudpp) doped oxygen-resisting nanobeads were synthesized and applied in order to study the effects of oxygen on electrochemiluminescence.
Penetrating neural electrodes provide a powerful approach to decipher brain circuitry by allowing for time-resolved electrical detections of individual action potentials. This unique capability has ...contributed tremendously to basic and translational neuroscience, enabling both fundamental understandings of brain functions and applications of human prosthetic devices that restore crucial sensations and movements. However, conventional approaches are limited by the scarce number of available sensing channels and compromised efficacy over long-term implantations. Recording longevity and scalability have become the most sought-after improvements in emerging technologies. In this review, we discuss the technological advances in the past 5-10 years that have enabled larger-scale, more detailed, and longer-lasting recordings of neural circuits at work than ever before. We present snapshots of the latest advances in penetration electrode technology, showcase their applications in animal models and humans, and outline the underlying design principles and considerations to fuel future technological development.
