The aim of the paper is to determine the content of dolus eventualis in order to demarcate it from conscious negligence as the less serious form of guilt. The main challenge in Serbian law for their ...differentiation is their identical element of consciousness (awareness of the possibility to commit the act), while the element of will is different ("consent" to dolus eventualis and reckless assumption that the consequence of the act would not occur or that the perpetrator would be able to hinder it for conscious negligence). Firstly, various doctrines (cognitive theories, voluntative theories, and theories of risk) are analyzed. After that, the most important, typical interpretations from the Serbian jurisprudence are presented and commented on, after which it is assessed whether any of the analyzed theories could apply to Serbian Law. Finally, a more precise interpretation of the term "consent" and related questions is proposed.
The paper deals with the nature of female genital mutilation (FGM) as a
highly gendered, harmful practice, which has in the meantime been formalized
as a crime. Especially the Istanbul Convention is ...regarded as the driving
force behind this legal development. But beyond that, this Convention, as
well as the Convention of Belem do Para and the Maputo Protocol before that,
have defined and located the very nature of FGM within the violence against
women. By doing so, prior (false) beliefs and attempts to legitimize them
due to cultural, social or religious reasons have become obsolete. The aim
of this paper is to show the nature of FGM within the aforementioned
instruments.
In this paper, the seven most important opinions about the punishment ground of complicity in the stricter sense, with special regard to aiding and abetting, have been presented and critically ...assessed. This involved the following doctrines: The Theory of Participation in the Guilt, the Theory of Participation in the Wrong, Solidarity as Punishment Ground, the Pure Theory of Causation, the Accessoriness-Oriented Theory of Causation, the Theory of the Accessory Attack on the Legal Good, and the Intensification-Principle. Lastly, additional criticism, beyond the officially acknowledged critical voices, has been expressed. It was concluded that the least controversial and at the same time the theory closest to the legal text, therefore the most acceptable one is that of the Accessory Attack on the Legal Good.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between perceived maternal and paternal parental behaviors (support and restrictive control) and affective well-being (positive and negative ...affect) in children. The study involved 166 primary school children (75 girls, 91 boys), aged 8 to 12 years (M = 10.15, SD = 0.86), who completed the Parental Behavior Questionnaire and the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule for Children. The results showed that both maternal and paternal support and restrictive control were significantly correlated with children's positive and negative affect. Hierarchical regression analyses revealed that, after controlling for the child's age and gender, maternal support and restrictive control significantly predicted children's positive affect and only maternal restrictive control predicted negative affect. However, when paternal behaviors were included in the analyses, significant predictors of children's positive affect were maternal and paternal support and paternal restrictive control, while significant predictors of negative affect were only paternal behaviors.

The anneal hardening behavior of Cu-7at.%Pd alloy after deformation by cold rolling was investigated by means of hardness, microhardness, electrical conductivity, light optical microscopy (LOM), ...scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). In this regard, the cast Cu-7at.%Pd alloy after quenching was deformed with 20% and 40% reductions and isochronally annealed between 100 °C and 700 °C. After annealing up to 400 °C, the deformed samples exhibited atypical anneal hardening behavior in combination with an increase in electrical conductivity. In addition, the recrystallization was substantially retarded by the applied thermo-mechanical treatment which included solution annealing, quenching, cold rolling, and annealing. The microstructural evolution during a low-temperature annealing proved a strong pinning of grain boundaries by solute palladium atoms, indicating that grain boundaries have an important role during the anneal hardening.
•Atypical hardening was appeared in cold deformed Cu-7at.%Pd alloy after low-temperature annealing.•Significant microstructural changes occurred during the thermo-mechanical treatment.•Strong segregation of palladium atoms along the grain boundaries during the annealing has been confirmed.

Pharmacoresistant epilepsy poses a great burden to patients, their families, and the whole healthcare system, with numerous social, economic, physical, and psychical consequences. Hence, it is a ...diagnosis that has to be made only in cases of high certainty, after all potential causes of epilepsy have been evaluated. One of the important causes of pharmacoresistant epilepsy is false pharmacoresistance, an entity that implies a condition in which poor disease control is not a consequence of the biology of the disease itself, antiepileptic drug inefficacy, and/or patient specificity. It is a consequence of human error and strongly depends on the experience of the treating physician, as well as on the attitude of the patient. Despite its ‘falseness’, this entity is accompanied by real consequences for the patient and his family, and at the same time, it delays appropriate treatment of the actual disease from which the patient is suffering. In order to introduce appropriate treatment and avoid unnecessary and harmful diagnostic procedures, false pharmacoresistance is a condition that has to be ruled out in any patient with difficult-to-treat seizures.
The trend that increasingly places importance on environmental protection, ethical behavior towards all relevant stakeholders, and community involvement puts the business practices of large companies ...and the consequences that business has on society as a whole under the public's supervision. For this reason, corporate social responsibility disclosures are constantly gaining importance and attracting the attention of the professional and academic public. The aim of the study is to examine the influence of corporate characteristics (ownership structure, age, and size) on CSR reporting on a sample of corporations whose shares are listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in the regulated part of the market in the time period from 2017 to 2021. Panel regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results of the survey indicate that the concentration of ownership and the age of corporations have a statistically significant negative impact, while the size of the corporation has a statistically significant positive impact on reporting on corporate social responsibility in the Republic of Serbia.

Carbohydrate sulfotransferases (CHST) catalyse the biosynthesis of proteoglycans that enable physical interactions and signalling between different neighbouring cells in physiological and ...pathological states. The study aim was to provide an overview of emerging diagnostic and prognostic applications of CHST. PubMed database search was conducted using the keywords "carbohydrate sulfotransferase" together with appropriate inclusion and exclusion criteria, whereby 41 publications were selected. Additionally, 40 records on CHST genetic and biochemical properties were hand-picked from UniProt, GeneCards, InterPro, and neXtProt databases. Carbohydrate sulfotransferases have been applied mainly in diagnostics of connective tissue disorders, cancer and inflammations. The lack of CHST activity was found in congenital connective tissue disorders while CHST overexpression was detected in different malignancies. Mutations of
gene cause skeletal dysplasia, chondrodysplasia, and autosomal recessive multiple joint dislocations while increased tissue expression of

overexpression in the vascular smooth muscle cells was linked to the severe lung pathology in COVID-19 patients. Promising CHST diagnostic and prognostic applications have been described but larger clinical studies and robust analytical procedures are required for the more reliable diagnostic performance estimations.

•The thermal conductivities of Sn–x at% Zn (x = 69.5, 48.3, 28.1 and 14.1) alloys were determined.•Composition and temperature dependences of the thermal conductivity were obtained.•Phase transition ...temperatures and related heat effects were measured using DSC.•The microstructures of the Sn–Zn alloys were determined.
Four hypereutectic Sn-Zn alloys with 69.5, 48.3, 28.1 and 14.1 at% of Zn were produced by mixing and melting of pure metals Sn and Zn followed by cooling in air to room temperature. Microstructure and chemical compositions of prepared samples were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS). It was found that morphology of primary (Zn) phase changes from rounded and equiaxed dendritic structure to plate-like grains and finally to needle-like shape of grains with decreasing Zn content. Formation of characteristic broken-lamellar type of eutectic microstructure was observed in all investigated alloys. Melting behavior of the alloys was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Phase transition temperatures and corresponding heat effects were experimentally determined and compared with the results of thermodynamic and phase equilibria calculations using the CALPHAD (CALculation of PHAse Diagrams) method and optimized thermodynamic parameters from literature. Thermal diffusivity of the studied alloys was measured using xenon flash method in the temperature range from 25 to 150 °C. Based on the measured values of thermal diffusivity and calculated specific heat capacity data, thermal conductivities of the solid alloys were obtained. It was found that thermal conductivity decreases monotonously with increasing temperature and Sn content. The results of thermal conductivity measurements were compared with literature data and with the data obtained from the Wiedemann-Franz law and measured electrical conductivities.

Destination image influences the tourist decision-making process, and their intention to visit, revisit and recommend. Therefore, a positive destination image is considered one of the key destination ...success factors. Tourists will form the image according to their own or others' experiences and information related to the destination, one option to provide destination information is one of the most effective promotional tools called celebrity endorsement. With the assumption that a positive celebrity image will be transferred to the destination, this study will explore the effect of celebrity endorsement on destination image. The study aims to test the celebrity endorsement effect on destination image through the source attractiveness model, source credibility model, and the Match-up model. Data were collected using the online survey technique, the sample size was 204 respondents. Research hypotheses were tested by regression analysis. Results indicated that celebrity attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise, and match-up impact the destination image. The theoretical contribution is reflected in new information regarding the role of celebrity endorsement in tourism, which is limited in foreign and domestic scientific literature. As a practical contribution, the study provides information that may be useful to tourism service providers in creating a promotional campaign.
